"We stayed here for 1 night whilst touring the peak district on our motorbikes. Plenty of parking and security cameras to ensure a good night's sleep. Our room was very comfortable and decorated to a high standard. The shower was big with great water pressure. We had an evening meal which we would rate as excellent, plenty of very friendly staff and a short wait for our food. Breakfast the next morning was plentiful and varied. A beautiful location within the Chatsworth estate in old style properties with plenty of character. Just a few steps away is a lovely local pub The Beeley Inn serving delicious food (the ox cheek is to die for,) agreeably it’s not cheap but you get what you pay for. Ideal for a special treat."

"The Hotelis set in its own grounds just off a modrately busy road. We were welcomed when we entered the hotel and check in was very easy. We were shown to our room which was light and airy with very high celings. The Bathroom had a beautiful roll-top bath and a large shwer with a 'waterfall' head. (Great control and none of this water going from hot to cold you sometimes get) We didn't eat here as we were meeting friends in Derby so can't comment about the food but we did have breakfast here...
