"Room nice with full kitchen. Noticed dust in quite a few places though. Loved location with a ton of dining and shopping nearby. Short 5 min walk to train station and massive mall. Safe and quiet. Tv placement strange, I like to fall asleep with tv on and was unable to see from bed. Overall room was large for Japan and proved to be a great home base."

"Very nice location, so close to the station. Room is tidy, clean but no view from windows. The elavator always stop at the reception floor, kind of annoying. One day I return to hotel around 10 pm, when i step out of the elavator, I saw a couple chinese people drunk and fighting at the lobby, my room is so close to the lobby I can hear them even I went straight into my room. called the reception and they sent someone to handle the situation, but the noise last for 10 to 15 mins. honestly its not...

"This is the hotel I always stay at when I come to Tokyo. It’s in a quiet enough neighbourhood but is a short walk from Sunshine City mall and Ikebukuro station. The rooms are clean, cozy, and the staff are always helpful and friendly. I love that there’s a little cafe to eat and sit at on the main floor for when you want to get out of the room but not want to go anywhere out of the hotel."

"Neat tidy room with comfortable beds. Has microwave and kitcheware. Very close to convenience store . Otuska staion is 8 mins walk and has more restaurants of various cusines. Mcdonalds as well ! The staff speaks english. Hotel does provide freen soda and tea options with light breakfast in morning."

"土足で部屋に入らない仕様になっていて、裸足派の人にはかなり快適です。 フロント横のアメニティコーナーのティーバックのバラエティが多くて、コーヒー苦手な人にも充分な選択肢があります。 空気清浄機が標準装備されています。 折りたたみの荷物置きもあり、室内はややせまい印象もありますが、充分荷物も置けました。 充電器のセットや、ペットボトルのお水が置いてあり、助かりました。 あえていえば、シャワーカーテンと、エアコンの最初につけたときが梅雨だから仕方ない時期ですが、少しにおいが気になりました。 大きな道路が近いですが静かなエリアで、コンビニもすぐ近くにあり便利です。 次は併設レストランの朝ごはんを試してみたいです。"

"This aparthotel is located in the very quiet mostly residential neighborhood very near to the Kita-Ikebukero station, which is just one stop away from the major Ikebukero station. So we found the location quite convenient to go to Ikebukero, Shinjuku, and Shibuya. Nearby Lawson, cafe, soba, etc. Seems extremely safe.
