"In an attempt to avoid travelling in the heat, we arrived very early. The staff were very welcoming and were happy to provide drinks. We decided to stay for lunch and were not disappointed with the food. Steaks being cooked to perfection, with desserts of sticky toffee pudding and brownie being to die for! When we did get to go to our room, we found it more than adequate, very clean and tea/coffee making facilities and a mini fridge to store our own goodies. There was ample wardrobe space...

"I stayed 2 nights for the Reggaeland festival on Saturday and Sunday. I liked the convenience of the hotel in its proximity to the National Bowl. I did not like the overpricing of the snacks in reception."

"We had a lovely stay in a great location looking over at the lake. The staff were really friendly and accommodating., the room was lovely and clean. Would definitely stay there again."

"Initial room was unsuitable for our needs, as booked, but thanks to Natalia whose professional outlook actually found a suitable room, our stay was enjoyable although breakfast prices were beyond our budget so we ate offsite . The only thing was was missing in our room was an information booklet regarding site facilities, menus, local amenities etc. and more importantly tv instructions."

"The owners were exceptionally friendly, lovely views from accommodation, and quiet, breakfast was individually cooked and accommodated our food preferences. Would certainly stay there again and recommend to friends and family."

"Had room overlooking canal basin. Very hot but fan in room. Fridge microwave and crockery provided with list of local takeaways. Was Stonehouse restaurant next door which was ok as no onsite restaurant. Steep stairs to first floor and no lift seen. Parking ok. "

"I attended the festival, so wanted something close tp the stadium. This was a perfect location, and in a retail complex , happy days. The hotel staff were warm and nice. We had the family room. My one complaint is, the room needed more eg: only has one bathroom and a small kitchen area, which could benefit from a sink.Not enough for 4 people, also looked bigger on the pictures. However this did not affect my stay . I will be back next year. "

"Loved staying at Furtho Manor Farm, a warm welcome and room comfortable. All essentials provided even use of the fridge in the dining room. Had a lovely walk around the grounds, stunning area great buildings. Lots of wildlife. Very central location, close to the entertainment complex and Woburn. Yummy breakfast to start the day. Very happy and would return again in the future. Thank you 😊"

"The staff were friendly and helpful, offering advice on places to eat and local transport & taxis. Our room was spotless & had everything we needed, including a very comfortable bed. It was lovely and quiet at night & breakfast in the coffee bar was fresh and delicious. It’s a great base for visiting local attractions."
