Our vacation rental is located on the southern outskirts of Eschenlohe, at the foot of the Alps, with a wonderful view of the “Hohe Kiste.” Just 100 meters further on, you’ll have an unobstructed view of the Zugspitze massif and the Loisach Valley.
Hikes, mountain tours, and mountain bike tours are possible right from the house.

Eschenlohe is located directly at the end of the A95 Munich–Garmisch highway. Garmisch is about 15 kilometers away and can be reached in 15 minutes by car or train.

The ground-floor apartment features a bedroom with a double bed. An additional bed is located in the separable living room, which includes a cozy couch, TV, and wood-burning stove.
A large, fully equipped kitchen is available, as is a bathroom with a shower.

There is also a relaxation room with an infrared sauna.

The terrace, with its cozy seating area, table, and lounge chairs, is the perfect spot to unwind.

Use of the infrared cabin is available at any time and included in the price.

There is also the option for personalized Pilates sessions with a certified instructor. An on-site studio with a Reformer and PeakPilates training equipment is available. This is offered upon request and for a fee.

Free parking is available on-site. There is also a lockable shed for bicycles and skis.
