The holiday apartment, furnished with great attention to detail, is on the upper floor of the extension of a private house (the ground floor is not inhabited!) You have a completely separate entrance and a beautifully landscaped private terrace and garden area. The small property is located in Erquy, a busy port and seaside resort with a wide range of leisure activities, white sandy beaches, nice boutiques and typical restaurants. Erquy is one of the most popular bathing resorts on the magnificent Emerald Coast and offers no fewer than ten different beaches that can be preferred depending on the time of day or the tide. 15 km of designated customs officer trails allow you to explore Cap Erquy and admire the flora and fauna. The seaside resort is also known for its active fishing port and in particular for the delicious scallops, making it one of the most important ports in Europe for this fantastic seafood. There are wonderful hiking trails along the Bay of St. Brieuc, and in a few minutes by car you can reach numerous attractive destinations, such as the regional capital St. Brieuc, the seaside resort of St. Cast Le Guildo or Cap Fréhel (25 km) with the impressive Fort Lalatte . A little further the medieval town of Dinan, the picturesque seaside resort of Dinard or the pirate town of St. Malo.
