Located at the end of the port of Erquy, renowned for its scallop fishing, Cocoonr Agency offers you this apartment overlooking the port and the resort's pretty little bay, with its beautiful beach.
Le Batelier is a bright apartment, completely refurbished in 2020, featuring a sea-view living room, fitted kitchen, two bedrooms, one of which has a sea view, bathroom, terrace.

Day area :
- A bright living room with a breathtaking view of Erquy harbor, furnished with a lounge area with sofa bed, television and a dining area with a table for 6.
- Separate fully-equipped kitchen: fridge, oven, microwave, dishwasher, Nespresso and filter coffee maker, kettle, toaster...

Sleeping area:
- Bedroom 1: queen-size bed 160x200 with harbor view
- Bedroom 2: two single beds, cliffside view to the rear
- Bathroom with shower and bathroom sink

Nach 45 Jahren endlich mal wieder in Erquy gelandet! Eine tolle, sehr sauber Wohnung direkt am Hafen! Top renoviert, genau wie beschrieben. Auch der Empfnag durch Marvick war sehr gut! Leider gingen die Tage in Erquy viel zu schnell vorüber! Au revoir!

Great place, wonderful look out of the windows. Could be more clean (hair everywhere on the floor, dust on the lamps etc.). A few more dishes would be good.

Die Wohnung war für uns perfekt. Ebenerdig, hell, komplett ausgestattet. Schöne Lage direkt am kleinen Hafen, unmittelbar bei einigen Restaurants und in ca. 8 Minuten ist zu Fuß ein Bäcker zu erreichen. Die Wohnung war sauber könnte aber trotzdem in Details mal ein Grundreinigung gebrauchen. Hervorragende Betreuung durch die Agentur Marjolaine spricht sehr gut deutsch, war sehr hilfsbereit und bei hat bei Fragen sofort geantwortet und ist sogar extra vorbei gekommen. Wir kommen sehr gerne mal wieder!!!!!
