It has a lovely 50 m² living room, fitted kitchen, three good bedrooms, two bathrooms (with shower) and a garden of around 250 m². Cleaning is included in the rental price and 4-star hotel-quality linen is provided (sheets, towels, tea towels). Your bed will be made up on arrival.

- Bedroom 3: 1 bunk bed with a double bed below (140x190), and a single bed above.
- Two bathrooms with shower
- Two separate WCs

For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: barbecue, washing machine, ironing board and iron.

- A beautiful 250 m² garden + terraces with furniture to make the most of the fine weather.

The house is ideally located in Erquy, in a very pleasant environment. You'll be close to all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, etc.
