Beautiful location. Polished wood staircase dangerous and does not meet HSE. Terrible Mould in bathroom - does not meet HSE. Cobwebs in upper bedroom with skirting boards not cleaned. Kitchen surfaces only cleaned where 'bare'- underneath appliances, filthy. Bedding underproduction filthy and stained. ...
