Pet Friendly Home wooded setting 3000 Sq ft

The space is open and airy. Everything connects to the central great room so there are no hallways. The first floor master has a huge bathroom with two sinks and walk in closet. The property sits in the woods 400 feet off the road and is very private. The laundry is also on the first floor.

The basement is a separate Airbnb. They have their own entrance but will share the grill and outdoor area. The beaches are 15 minutes away. The casino is 5 minutes away.
The space
The property sits on 7 wooded acres. Guests are free to use the deck and fire pit. You can park your cars or boat in the garage. There is plenty of room for parking and turning around large rvs boats toys etc. The kitchen is stocked with plenty of necessary cooking items including silverware plates paper towels. It has a fridge keurig dishwasher and gas oven. We live nearby but won’t be onsite unless you have a maintenance request or need help with something.
Other things to note
This is a large property with plenty of space for boats or toys. A lot of our guests come for fishing. The garage is 25 feet deep so there is room to keep your boat out of the weather. There is also outlets to keep them charged. The drive has a loop in it so maneuvering is easy.

Great house, equipped with child gate for the stairs, booster seat, and pack n play. Absolutely enjoyed hiking through the snow on the property. Well decorated for the holidays, my granddaughter had a blast walking all around the place. Was a lovely stay. Would love to see it in summer. Highly recommend.

A few things weren't accurate in the listing that were disappointing. The listing showed that there was a shower in the bathroom on the first floor. There isn't. This is strictly a half bath. We planned on having a fire pit for evenings outside, that also wasn't there. It was easy to tell that this property needs some TLC. It was fine, as we weren't there much, but I'd definitely hesitate to book it again.

Eclipse Stay

Very nice house in a wooded setting. Great layout and deck area. Owner had house stocked with bathroom amenities & kitchen stuff. Garage was not available though to be used. Location close to downtown & many sites to visit. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

Wonderful stay

This is a beautiful home and we had a wonderful stay with our large family! Fully stocked kitchen and even had a couple of pantry items we forgot. We also enjoyed the deck and fire pit very quiet and relaxing! Would definitely recommend and would stay again.

Good, large house.

The overall experience was a good one. The house was excellent for our needs. It did not seem completely clean, but it wasn't filthy. It looked like the house had seen a lot of use, and there were some damaged items throughout. However, it fit what we needed it for. It was very large and laid out well.

Wonderful Family Get-Away

We loved the privacy of this location! It was very well stocked, as described. There are plenty of things to entertain your family around the house (TV with several streaming services, big box of Legos, fire pit, ping pong table, etc.) We had 9 adults plus one toddler and never felt cramped at all! My only regret is that we did not find time to use the giant, well-stocked kitchen! Owners were quick to respond to all of our questions. We will definitely look for this house every time we visit Erie.

Nice house

Beautiful house and setting. House fit the 10 of us very well for the most part. One bedroom had a double and 2 singles which was perfect for the one couple with two children. Dining table only had 8 seats and there was no kitchen table. We found a folding table and a few chairs in the garage which we set up in the kitchen eating area. However, there was no working light in that room. A couple other rooms had non-working lights as well. We had to keep moving portable lamps around. Only other wish was for a desk somewhere for the few that needed to do a little remote work. (The built in desk in the kitchen was not conducive to working. Dining room was another room without a working light, so that didn't work either.) Chances are that the hosts would have been happy to come check the lights, but we were on the go a lot, and didn't want to take the time to deal with it, so that's on us. We have a hybrid vehicle, and were disappointed that the garage was full so there was no room to pull our car in to recharge. But our cord was long enough to plug in while parked outside. Be careful in the garage - my husband cut his leg pretty deeply on a screw sticking out of the snowmobile parked there. We did have to make a grocery run to purchase more supplies after the first couple days for our week's stay - eg dishwasher soap, paper towels, toilet paper. But they had thoughtfully stocked many supplies we were able to take advantage of. It's hard to find places to rent that hold this many people, so we were happy to have found this house. We made some good memories.

Memorial Day weekend getaway

Spent Memorial Day weekend with my wife, family, and our dog. The owners communicate very well, and are very pleasant to speak with. The location is private with lots of space. The inside is very nice and clean with plenty of room for a large group. The distance to the beach and restaurants from the house isn't far at all either. I'm very glad we booked with this property, and it will definitely be my first choice on the next trip to Erie. Thank you again James and Anna!

Perfect Family Mini Vacation

This was the absolute perfect place to celebrate our mother’s 60th birthday! We were so close to the casino and mall, but actually just ended up spending most of the time in the house playing games, watching movies and spending quality time together. The house was beautiful and spacious and had every little thing we could have needed already there! The hosts were more than accommodating and responded to any queries we had within minutes! We 100% recommend this place to anyone interested in visiting Erie!
