Location Details: 5 min. drive to nearest grocery store & shopping centers. 10-15 min. drive to Erie Intl. Airport, LECOM Campus, Waldameer, & Presque isle state park and beaches.
We purchased the home in winter of 2024, and have been doing extensive restoration to the interior and exterior of the home.

BATHROOM This home has 1 full bathroom with a large shower (no tub) and includes: ✦ Blow dryer. ✦ Oversized wall mirror. ✦ 1 roll of toilet paper. ✦ Hand soap. ✦ Plush white bath towels, hand towels, wash cloths, and designated make-up towels.
✗ We do not provide shampoo, conditioner, or body wash.
Bedroom (sleeps up to two guest): ✦ Queen memory foam mattress & white bed linens. ✦ USB power cord to charge your electronics. ✦ Walk-in closet with luggage rack. ✦ Light filtering shades with blackout curtains.
EXTERIOR/YARD ✦ Easy Front entrance with concrete ramp and small step into home. Side entrance is 2 steps into home.
✦ Outdoor patio located in backyard with dining table and seating.
✦ Located in a residential neighborhood with sidewalks to enjoy morning or evening walks.
PARKING The property has a driveway that can accommodate 1 car. **PER CITY OF ERIE ORDINANCE- Vehicles must parknin the driveway, street parking is NOT permitted. Cars will be towed at vehicle owners expense.

MUST be 25 years or older to book a reservation- valid government-issued photo ID is required for booking to verify identity and comply with local regulations.

SECURITY CAMERAS
2 exterior, security cameras/ audio devices, recording 24/7, not actively monitored (unless neighbors call). Camera one is a flood light camera located on the side door entrance facing driveway, camera two is located 10ft high on corner of house facing front yard and entrance. Absolutely NO cameras INSIDE our home, and no cameras facing the backyard.
