  • Encanto 600 cottage pie cuadrado construido en 1885. 20 minutos en coche de Boulder, a 20 minutos en coche de Denver. Esta casa linda está en las afueras de Boulder. Disco fácil y conveniente a Boulder con vistas de la Cordillera Frontal. Boulder conveniencia sin el precio de Boulder !! Este adorable acogedor y espacioso 'Casita' ha sido completamente restaurado y actualizado. La casa está en la calle más bonita y la más bonita de la ciudad, una zona muy tranquila muy seguro también.
    Camas nuevas en 2008, cama de matrimonio nueva 2016, nuevo sofá y sofá de dos plazas en el año 2016, nuevo refrigerador, cocina a gas natural de la marca para cocinar 2015, NUEVA MARCA horno de gas natural para la calefacción que es CO seguro certificado. Magníficos pisos originales de madera de roble en todas las habitaciones! Recién pintado interior 2016, + exterior en 2010. Nuevos pisos de roble en dormitorios en 2014.

    Hay un montón de hermosos caminos para andar en bicicleta el rango delantero en Horse Country Boulder County, o para hacer footing y senderismo. Las pistas de esquí están a sólo 1 1/2 horas en coche.

    Caminar dos cuadras del centro histórico y disfrutar de una variedad de pintorescos cafés, cervecerías artesanales y restaurantes, tiendas. A ESTRENAR Biblioteca y centro de fitness y el transporte público a menos de 5 minutos en coche.

Great cottage near old town

Enjoyed a week stay, loved the location and walkability to old town. Owner made sure everything went fine, which it did. House is charming, good for small family, enjoyed sitting on porch. We would stay there again.

Perfect, Charming Casita

This was a perfect place to stay while we came to town for a graduation. Everything was clean, comfortable and had anything we needed. Hostess is accommodating and quick to respond with any questions. Check in was easy and we had a great time. Will definitely stay here again and will recommend to our family.

Perfect for Us

Our week in Lesley's Casita was wonderful. It was a short walk to Erie's restaurants and parks. We loved the natural light through the many windows throughout the cottage-style home. We had everything we needed to be comfortable: a well-stocked kitchen, washer-dryer, etc. After days of exploring Estes Park and visiting with family, we enjoyed coming back to the comfortable Casita. Though the weather was hot while we were there, the air conditioning in the cottage kept us cool. We highly recommend it!

Sweet and Charming

This property was exactly as advertised. Very clean and it had everything we needed. It’s walking distance to a great downtown area! So many fantastic places to eat! It’s also within walking distance of the Erie Community Center. Don’t miss the Farmer’s Market on Thursday evenings! Thank you for the hospitality!

Rocky Mountain trip

Worked very well for my husband and I. Had all the things we needed. Nice to be able to sit outside in both the front and back yards. Great horned owls in the tree next door! Cute town, good restaurants, quiet neighborhood, close enough to parks. Thank you!

Perfect Location

This house was an absolute gem! My friend, and I came to stay for several nights, while we explored the city of Boulder. We were conveniently located near Boulder and many other attractions. My favorite part, however, was the location in downtown Erie. It was a two block walk to wonderful restaurants, coffee shops, and an amazing ice cream store. The town of Erie has a wonderful farmers market and vibrant, but closet feel. The restaurants are excellent. Leslie communicated with us the whole time and made sure that everything went OK. The house had everything we needed to be comfortable after a fun day of exploring the Boulder area. I will definitely be back and stay again.

Erie 545 Holbrook

This property is in a great location, safe neighborhood and near to downtown Erie and our relatives on both Marlowe and Colliers Parkway.Fairly well stocked kitchen for its size. Very homey. Very clean. Good shower, but walk-in instead of tub would be better, more convenient.Mattress update would be good, especially queen size. My husband and I could not sleep on it without bumping into each other, and it squeaks when the occupant moves. Gas heater on the wall didn't seem to work and it was chilly. The elevated heater was good, except directions for use were unclear at first.We will definitely book there again the next time we are in Erie.

Couldn't have gone better

This was our first time with VRBO and it couldn’t have gone better. Leslie is a very conscientious host who immediately answered questions since we were new to the neighborhood. The 1886 styled ‘cabin’ was nicely furnished with the basic conveniences of modern living including temp control for Winter and Summer. Comfy beds and nice-to-have closets. We adapted to small bedrooms & bath. Might be problematic if more than three adults for long term. Loved the gas stove used almost daily. Quiet residential neighborhood but easy two block walk to good variety of nice restaurants that are well patronized. The two adult owls that live in nearby trees were an added charm for nature lovers. We as senior citizens would not hesitate to return.

Cozy, Comfortable Cottage

We stayed at Leslie's Casita for five nights in July and found it to be very cozy and comfortable. The bed was comfortable, the kitchen had everything we needed, and the living room was furnished nicely with plenty of comfy seating. We enjoyed sitting in the rocking chairs on the front porch to watch the evening thunderstorms. We also enjoyed walking around the area to the nearby restaurants, brew pubs, and geocaches. There is a grocery store, liquor store, and pharmacy all within a very short drive, which is convenient. My only feedback for improvement is to have the property listing updated so it's accurate. The listing said there is a hair dryer and iron, but there aren't. Also, the listing said check out is at 11:00, but when we arrived the property manager said it was 10:00. I had the reservation confirmation in my hand and showed her it said 11:00, but she firmly said my confirmation was wrong. (She later came by to say we could stay until 11:00 after all.) The property listing also says the cottage has air conditioning, but it actually just has a swamp cooler. On days where the highs were in the lower 80s, the swamp cooler kept the house comfortable, but when temps reached the upper 80s and lower 90s, the house got quite warm and stuffy and didn't cool off until late evening. In spite of these things, we really enjoyed our stay at the casita and would stay there again.

Cozy Cottage

I have been planning my visits around the availability of this charming cottage for 4 years. Close to downtown Erie. It is a really special place to stay without the big price tag in Boulder or Denver. The great horned owl was an added bonus during my stay as well. Thank you for opening up your space and sharing.

Great Property - would stay again

Loved the location walking distance to great food, coffee, and awesome ciderhouse. Property met our needs and we found it very comfortable. Check-in and check-out was confusing and info on site was to contact property management that I didn’t have contact info for… but once I got the right info I did have access to property when I arrived so it was all perfectly fine.

Fun Family Erie visit

We loved this cottage for our visit to Erie for our granddaughter's birthday and Christmas! It was clean, bright and sunny, cozy, and comfortable. We loved the owls that were in the trees around us daily, too :) We were close to our daughter's, walked downtown and enjoyed some restaurants, and just enjoyed walking around the neighborhood. Communications with Lesley and the property manager were easy and prompt. We would most certainly stay here again!

Cute collage in Erie

An easy stay. Small but cozy. We enjoyed being close to town. Great communication. As expected. Tips: bring a blow dryer if you need one. No streaming to the TV so bring a laptop if you need to stream.

Quaint little town

The house is small but there was only 3 adults, so that worked fine. Everything seemed to work well, supplies were efficient. We were on the go a lot and enjoyed the little downtown area… it was very close to this house! The beds could use a little tlc, one was noisy and the other was hard. All in all a good spot for a couple days away 😊

Cottage in Erie worked well for football game in Boulder

This darling little cottage in Erie had everything we were looking for. We loved sitting on the front porch in the rocking chairs after a long day of vacationing. My husband and I drove down from Minnesota for the football game in Boulder on Saturday and it was an easy drive in for the game. We spent the next couple of days in Estes Park and Rocky Mountain National Park and it was so nice to return to our little cottage after our full days. Easy walk into "downtown" Erie for some cute taverns and restaurants. Since my brother joined us for a couple of days, with the 2 bedrooms we had plenty of space to spread out.

Loved our stay at the casa!

My cousin and I stayed here one weekend for a wedding we had to attend in Broomfield. This property is just as described, it was nice, clean and so cozy. 20 minutes to Broomfield or Boulder. Nice quiet neighborhood. It was such a relaxing weekend, thank you!

Cute little house

Stayed in this little house for 6 nights. Close to downtown Erie. Quiet neighborhood. Lovely front porch with 2 rocking chairs and also a back deck. Nice little kitchen. Used the washer and dryer and they worked fine. Bathroom is pretty small and if you are over 5' 8" the bath/shower will have you leaning over and maybe feeling claustrophobic. Not fancy but comfortable. Swamp cooler kept it cool. Bring your own toiletries and hair dryer. Also there is only 1 mirror above the bathroom sink. No other mirrors in the house. I recommend it and would stay here again.
