Welcome to our accommodation "Rustic Altstadt" in the heart of Erfurt. We have lovingly prepared a piece of the old town for living with great effort. The basement vault has been converted into living space and now reflects the flair of the old town. The apartment is very centrally located, with the old town reachable in 5 minutes on foot. Nearby, you'll find several shopping options (Lidl, Aldi), as well as a gym and a laundromat.The Accommodation: The stylishly furnished apartment offers plenty of space and consists of two floors (basement and ground floor). It features a living room with a large comfortable couch and fireplace. You'll have two Smart TVs with Netflix and Wi-Fi. The kitchen is fully equipped, including an additional cooking area. You'll have a queen-size box spring bed, a king-size bed, and a pull-out couch with two comfortable mattresses. An Alexa device, as well as games and equipment for babies/toddlers, are also provided for your convenience. The apartment comes with a parking space.Access for Guests: Separate entrance with a key box. The entrance is clearly visible and right next to the parking space.
