The apartment is very spacious, fully equipped and tastefully furnished to match the Art Nouveau building. We have paid special attention to the beds, because you can enjoy your stay only if you start the day well rested. In the kitchen everything is then ready for an aromatic cup of coffee. After a long eventful day you can end the evening comfortably in the apartment with Wifi and TV connection.

The apartment has two bedrooms + kitchen + bathroom + hallway. In the main room there is a Kingsize double bed (180cm). The room is equipped with TV and has more seating (sofa corner) to linger. The second bedroom also features a large Queensize double bed (160cm) and flatscreen TV. The kitchen-living room has a seating area and fitted kitchen (incl. dishwasher, hob, oven, fridge, coffee maker, kettle and toaster and basic kitchen utensils).

Built in 1904 according to the Art Nouveau style, the former municipal building with high dwarf gables flanked by oriels and turrets is a designated monument in Erfurt. The apartment is located on the edge of Erfurt's old town, which is one of the largest ensembles of monuments in Germany. The exceptionally large and largely preserved old town invites you to stroll and marvel. In addition to the Cathedral Square, the Krämer Bridge, and the Petersberg Citadel, Erfurt has many other attractions to offer in the historic center - and all of this is in the immediate vicinity of the house. Public transport (bus and streetcar) as well as popular restaurants, bars and clubs are within walking distance.

The residential area is characterized by quiet and neighborly consideration for a relaxed stay in the lovingly furnished non-smoking apartment. All popular sights are only a stone's throw away - the perfect starting point for a great stay in Erfurt. Directly opposite the apartments is the famous Venice Park, with its widely branching arms of the river Gera.
