Apartment 4 on the first floor is certified barrier-free and has a balcony with garden furniture. It suits couples, families and business travelers who value a straightforward stay and a step-free bathroom.In 54 m² you will find an open-plan living and dining area with a kitchenette, dining table and TV. Large windows and the balcony door let in plenty of light and open up views of the greenery. The bedroom is separate and has two single beds pushed together to form a double bed. There is also a sofa bed in the living area. The bathroom has a level-access shower with grab bars and folding seat supports, as well as a toilet with grab bars. A washing machine is available for your use, which is handy for longer stays.The house is located in Erbach in the Odenwald, in a quiet setting with meadows and trees around the property. The paved access path is wide and easy to navigate.Good to know: The apartment sleeps up to 4 guests. A private parking space is available right in front of the house. A stair lift is available. Right next door is a residential facility for people with disabilities. During the day, and occasionally in the evening, you may therefore hear voices and calls from the neighborhood from time to time. Check-in is possible from 4 pm via self check-in, and check-out is by 11 am. Smoking is permitted outdoors only, and parties and events are not allowed. Unfortunately, pets are not allowed.
