In the heart of the Haute-Saône countryside, 20 minutes from Vesoul and 15 minutes from the spa town of Luxeuil-les-Bains, in a small, quiet village, this 1823 house, adjoining the owners' house, has been fully renovated and is well insulated and cool in summer.

Numerous walking and cycling trails depart from the town (5 bikes available). Nearby: the spa town of Luxeuil-les-Bains, water park in Vesoul, canoe rentals in Conflans-sur-Lanterne, the Plateau des 1000 Etangs, and numerous summer events: international folklore festival, concerts, open-air cinema, local markets, etc.
