Cocoonr is offering this charming 32 m² cottage for rent in the village of Eppe-Sauvage, which can accommodate up to 4 guests. It comprises a cosy 18 m² living area, a fully fitted kitchen, a lovely bedroom and a bathroom. Wi-Fi, bed linen and towels are included: we’re just waiting for you!

The two cottages, Les Charmes C40A and C40B, can also be booked together to accommodate up to 8 people. Situated side by side, they are connected by a shared, secure entrance hall. The doors connecting the two cottages can be locked as required by the guests, thus ensuring everyone’s independence and privacy.

Both properties enjoy an ideal location, with parking situated right in front of the cottages for easy access. Shops are nearby, whilst the area boasts a peaceful, tree-lined setting perfect for relaxation.

The accommodation is laid out as follows:
- An 18 m² living area with a double sofa bed, TV and dining area
- A fully equipped kitchen including: electric kettle, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob…
- A bedroom with a queen-size bed (160×200)
- A bathroom with a bath
- A separate toilet

Outdoors:
- A terrace of approximately 12 m² with seating for 4 people

Additional facilities: Bluetooth speaker, a universal power adaptor, an extra portable induction hob, an electric grill/plancha combo, a 12-litre mini-oven, three board games, eco-labelled products in the bathroom and throughout the cottage, and a welcome gift.

The cottage is ideally situated in Eppe-Sauvage, in a very pleasant setting. You’ll find all the essential shops nearby, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars and a market...

Activities:
- Aquatica Centre: water in all its forms and something for everyone. Discover the tranquillity of the swimming pool and the ‘red ball’ in the large leisure pool, which will delight wave lovers. Finally, the benefits of the steam from the saunas and hammam will offer rest and relaxation to visitors to the relaxation area.
- Water sports: on the lakeside, the Maison des Sports et de la Nature is equipped with catamarans, windsurf boards, kayaks and stand-up paddleboards. Featuring a clubhouse, classrooms, a changing area with showers, toilets and lockers, it is open all year round to anyone wishing to take up or improve their sailing skills.
- Land-based activities: on foot, by bike or on horseback, experience the thrill for yourself. By the water’s edge or deep in the woods, immerse yourself in the local flora and fauna. - Access to the Aquatica Centre is not included in the price and the centre is closed in January (opening dates are not binding and are subject to change).

- End-of-stay cleaning includes preparing the accommodation for future guests. Please leave it in a reasonably clean condition and clean any kitchen appliances after use.
