Relax at Mindy’s Country Cottage

Come and enjoy a relaxing vacation in the unique and family friendly home. We are located within minutes of the Manti Lasal National Forest where you can enjoy ATV riding, fishing, hiking and hunting. Also winter sports such as snowboarding and snowmobiling. Palisade State Park is appt. 14 miles from our home. You can enjoy a round of golf, hike around the lake, or enjoy time swimming, kayaking, paddling boarding or paddle boats. We are located 2 blocks from Snow College and 6 miles from the Manti Temple.

Fantastic!! If you want to be near everything in Ephriam and have a sweet place to stay choose this one. All items worked well and the home was equipped with everything you could need. Thanks we will stay again.

Perfect for our needs. Close to Snow College. Big parking space in back of house with motion lights at back door. Thoughtful little touches - shampoo, conditioner, body wash in showers, plenty of soap, toilet paper, and makeup wipes - I love that! Barbecue and cute little bistro table to sit at out back. Nice big comfy couch to lounge on. TVs with Roku. Big kitchen. Lots of counter space. Kitchen table. Stools at counter. Washer and dryer with laundry soap and fabric softener sheets to use. Beds were comfy. Plenty of blankets, pillows, towels. The 2nd floor had two bedrooms, no bathrooms. Both bathrooms are on the main floor. There isn't any forced air heating or a/c on the 2nd floor. Both of these weren't issues for us though. Space heater and window a/c unit were available for upstairs. Forced air furnace on main floor and we stayed plenty warm. We would definitely stay again.

Perfect little get away

We loved Mindy’s cottage! The check in process was very smooth. It was just as it was listed. It was super clean and cute!! We came for side by side trip. We had plenty of space to park our truck and trailer. The beds were very comfy. There was plenty of towels and bedding. It was a nice place to come back to and relax after a long day of riding. We have stayed in a lot of VRBO’s and this is one of our favorites. We will definitely be back!

Girls trip for peace and quiet

This is our second time renting this place. Clearly we enjoyed our stay the first time, and had to rent it a second time. For middle aged women looking for a quiet place this is the perfect place to come relax, visit, eat, and just get away from the spouse and kids for a few days. The cottage is fully stocked with everything you need to cook your own food. The beds are comfortable, the place is super clean, and the ease of check in and out is perfect. If you’re looking for a quiet little town and cute cottage to stay in, this marks all the boxes.

Quaint little cottage

We just stayed for the evening while traveling through. Very cute quaint little cottage with lots of charm. Was clean and had plenty of towels for our larger family which I was thrilled to see. They even had a stock of extra blankets which was super awesome. If I had to say anything, it would be that the stairs up to the other bedroom are super steep so keep that in mind with little one. Would def stay again if passing through

Perfect location, Clean & Beautiful home

We stayed at this home as a whole family, two adults and three teenage kids. It worked perfectly for our needs. Beautiful, clean home with all the furnishings we needed for cooking/eating and relaxing. I will definitely be staying here again.

Cute and cozy

Great place to stay. Nicely stocked kitchen. Neat and tidy. One of the maps (can’t remember if I used Google or Apple) took us to the wrong location, so just look for the cute blue house up the street!
