In the heart of the vineyard and halfway between Strasbourg and Colmar, old wine building from the 18th century completely renovated.
In this charming half-timbered building, formerly the winemaker's house, you will stay in a large duplex equipped for 4 people and enjoy your private terrace.
With 2 bedrooms, a large living room, a fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom, 2 toilets and a reading area, the apartment also has a private terrace with garden furniture and lounge chair in the beautifully landscaped courtyard. Secure private parking.

L'endroit est très beau, le corps de ferme a été restauré avec beaucoup de goût, les matériaux sont de très bonne qualités, c'est un plaisir pour les yeux ; on s'y sent très bien. Equipements au top.Le propriétaire, ainsi que la personne qui nous a accueillie sont très réactifs et d'une grande gentillesse.Super séjour, merci à eux.

Perfect!

A very beautiful and soothing house! Mr Albin was very kind and nothing was to much. Communication was very on point, a lovely place to stay if you dislike tourist traps. There is a backery around the corner, and a butcher. Everybody is very kind, and helpful. We enjoyed our stay very much and will definitely visit again!

Très bonne expérience !

Un grand merci à Claude pour son excellent accueil, le logement est superbe et tout neuf! La chambre "parentale" bénéficie d'un très grand lit vraiment confortable et la cuisine est très bien équipée. Les activités (ping pong, fléchettes, ...) ont été grandement appréciées par les enfants. La proximité du Carrefour Contact est aussi très appréciable.

Traumhaus in Traumgegend

Wir haben eine wundervolle Zeit in Epfig in Claudes Wohnung verbringen dürfen und waren von dem Haus, der Gegend und dem Gastgeber vollkommen begeistert. Ein perfektes Urlaubsdomizil für Entspannung, Wandern und gutes Essen. Wir werden auf jeden Fall wiederkommen.

Excellent!

Gîte superbe, à la propreté irréprochable et tout équipé (jusqu'au produit vaisselle!) Très bonne situation pour rayonner sur l'ensemble de la route des vins. Nous avons reçu un excellent accueil et avons été bien conseillés sur les bonnes adresses de restaurants et les activités dans les environs également. Une très bonne adresse à retenir !

Wunderbare Ferienwohnung im Elsass

Die zweistöckige Ferienwohnung ist ein Bijoux. Die Grosszügigkeit, das Alte kombiniert mit Neuem und die schöne Gartenanlage haben uns sehr gut gefallen. Für die Kinder war die Aussenschür mit Pingpongtisch, Tischfussball, Schauekel und Dart toll. Da das schöne Gebäude noch zwei weitere Wohnungen zählt, hatte es noch mehrere Kinder zum Spielen. Der Vermieter war sehr zuvorkommend und immer als Ansprechperson erreichbar. Da die Wohnung unmittelbar neben der Kirche liegt, ist der Glockenschlag am Morgen recht laut, aber wir haben uns sehr schnell daran gewöhnt. Epfig ist ein guter Ausgangsort um Wanderungen, Fahrradtouren oder auch sonstige Ausflüge zu geniessen. Die Wohnung ist sehr weiter zum empfehlen.

Holiday in Epfig

The property is one of three conversions with a small courtyard and off street parking. Everything was clean and looked new. We were surprised to hear from Veronique that they had been welcoming guests for over a year. We found it a good base for walking and visiting sites in the area and also went further afield to Baden Baden, Basel and Freiburg. With the boulangerie just outside the gates and a well stocked LeClerc in the village we found everything we needed on our doorstep.

Tolles Wohnung in Epfig

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Das Quartier an der elsässischen Weinstraße im Zentrum von Epfig ist für Ausflüge sehr gut gelegen. Die Wohnung ist sehr großzügig, sauber und alles notwendige ist vorhanden. Wir können diese Ferienwohnung bedenkenlos weiterempfehlen.

We have enjoyed a fabulous stay in this beautiful property. The photos really don’t do it justice, everything has been fitted to a very high standard and is very comfortable. Our hosts were so welcoming and kind and best of all our little boy loved it. The village and surrounding area are so picturesque and there is plenty to keep you busy! We will return!

Stilvolles, sehr wohnliches Apartment in einem geschmackvoll renovierten alten Fachwerkhaus

Wir können uns den lobenden Rezensionen unserer Vorgänger*innen nur anschließen. Epfig als nicht ganz so touristisch-putziger, aber dafür auch irgendwie authentischerer elsäßischer Ort ist eine ideale Ausgangsbasis für Ausflüge in die nähere und weitere Umgebung. Die Wohnung ist sehr geschmacksicher und modern eingerichtet, jedoch mit einigen alten "Zitaten"; der Vermieter Claude ist sehr nett und fürsorglich. Als wir uns nach der Ankunft erkundigten, welche Winzer im Ort er besonders empfehlen könnte und wir etwas besorgt waren, ob diese am nächsten Tag (1. Mai) überhaupt besuchbar sein würden, stellte er uns ganz spontan zwei wunderbare Flaschen Epfiger Weißwein (Riesling, Pinot gris) in den Kühlschrank. Vielen Dank nochmal! Es gibt ja auch einen benutzbaren Außenbereich - wegen des noch eher kühlen Wetters konnten wir aber leider nur einmal draußen im Hof essen. Grundsätzlich gibt es noch zwei weitere (auch sehr schöne) Wohnungen in diesem Haus, es ist daher zu bedenken, dass einem der Hof mitunter nicht ganz allein zur Verfügung steht (was uns aber persönlich überhaupt nicht gestört hat).

Un très joli appartement , confortable et rénové avec beaucoup de goût. Epfig est idéalement situé pour découvrir l’Alsace. À mi chemin entre Strasbourg et Colmar, vous êtes au cœur de la route des vins. Nous avons passé une super semaine en famille entre ballades et soirées dans cette jolie propriété. Accueil impeccable et attentionné. Nous recommandons sans hésitation.

L'appartement est conforme à la description et a été rénové avec goût. Il est parfaitement équipé, très propre, la literie est bonne et la salle de bains spacieuse et très agréable. Wunderschöne Ferienwohnung an der Weinstrasse im Elsass

Wir wurden sehr nett von der Vermieterin Veronique empfangen. Die Wohnung ist wunderschön, ist neu renoviert, sehr schön eingerichtet und man hat alles, was man braucht. Auf dem Platz im Hof kann man wunderbar sitzen und entspannen, morgens frühstücken und abends beieinander sitzen. Der Ort Epfig hat uns gut gefallen. Er ist nicht so "hübsch" wie manch andere Orte im Elsass, dadurch aber nicht touristisch "überlaufen". Dennoch wird einem als Tourist einiges geboten (Sonntagabends z.B. wird auf dem Marktplatz gemeinsam mit allen die mögen gegrillt). Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Our host is the most!

My wife and I just retired. We arrived at this rental property for a one week stay and wish we could have stayed longer. This is our 7th property on a four month European trip. So far, this has been our favorite property. The property is an historic structure that has been completely renovated while retaining it's historical charm. It was clean, modern, tastefully decorated and comfortable. Perfect parking. Everything in the property was new including plates, glassware, cookware, appliances, etc. The local bakery was within 100 meters. We can't speak any foreign language. So, it was very important when my wife can down with a medical issue and the owners helped us navigate to obtain medical attention. We are forever grateful. They both went out of their way to personally take her to the local doctor and checked in on my wife several times during our stay. I wish the owners had created a book to show their renovation project from start to finish because the property, which includes a beautiful courtyard, is very artistically and tastefully completed. This was a great location to visit the Alsace region for daily trips.

Perfekte Unterkunft im Herzen der Weinberge

Wir haben uns in der geräumigen Wohnung sehr wohl gefühlt; sie ist geschmackvoll und hochwertig eingerichtet. Die Betten sind bequem, die Küche ist wunderbar ausgestattet und das Badezimmer ist einfach perfekt! In der näheren Umgebung findet man viele Möglichkeiten zu wandern, einzukaufen und essen zu gehen. Vielen Dank, wir kommen sehr gerne wieder!

Nahezu perfekt!

So macht das Elsass Spaß. Ein wirklich schönes Haus, mit viel Liebe und Geschmack von den netten Eigentümern saniert, so dass man sich richtig wohl fühlt und die Seele baumeln lassen kann. Wir kommen bestimmt mal wieder.
