La Bouchonnerie - EPERNAY

After two years of renovations—most of which we carried out ourselves—Dallancourt Champagne is pleased to welcome you to this former industrial building dating from the early 20th century. Just a short walk from Avenue de Champagne, come discover our beautiful region, rich in cultural and culinary heritage. In Épernay, the capital of Champagne, you’ll find yourself at the crossroads between the Marne Valley, the Côte des Blancs, and the Montagne de Reims! Right in the heart of the city, peace and relaxation await you in this space, which has been completely transformed using mostly recycled materials and furniture. You can enjoy the many attractions (major annual events, popular spots, museums, a variety of tourist and sports trails, and unique venues) that this city and its surroundings have to offer, whether on foot or by bike. A private parking lot allows you to completely forget about your car for the duration of your stay. We’re also winemakers and can offer you fun wine testings at La Bouchonnerie or in our “Chill Garden” adjacent to the cottage (by reservation). Our goal: “For you to leave Champagne enchanted… and return soon.” On the first floor: an entryway and a bike storage area for 12 (electric) bikes (not provided). The living area, over 100 m², features a table for 12 made from a wine press top, a lounge with 7-meter-high ceilings, where you can relax with foosball and the adjoining movie theater. A few old wooden games are available. The kitchen and bar, which open onto the living area, are fully equipped for cooking and dining with guests (powder coffee maker, Jura bean-to-cup machine). On this same floor, you’ll find 2 bedrooms: one with a 160/200 bed and another with two 90/200 beds, along with a bathroom and a separate toilet. On the second floor, there are two separate areas: - One with two bedrooms, one featuring a 160/200 bed and the other with two 90/200 beds that can be joined upon request. On the landing, there is a bathroom and a separate toilet. - The other area features two en-suite bedrooms, each with a 160/200 bed, a bathroom, and its own separate toilet. Sheets and towels are included in the rate, as is a final cleaning service.
