Yep, you’re basically in the middle of it. 🏙️ Perfect for a leisurely stroll to grab a coffee or check out local shops. ☕🛍️ Joseph is just a short 10-minute drive away for those wanting a taste of small-town fun or the beauty of Wallowa Lake! 🚙🌲 Wallowa Lake is about 15 minutes by car, and trust us, it’s worth the trip for a day of lakeside adventures. 🛶🎣 Need supplies? No worries — the grocery store is just a stone’s throw away. Perfect for stocking up on snacks or dinner essentials. 🍔🍫 Parking? Easy peasy! Free parking is right outside, so no need to stress about finding a spot. Not in the mood to drive? No problem! Enterprise is totally walkable, and biking around the area is always a great idea! 🚴♀️🌞
UNIT DETAILS & POLICIES
🔊NOISE CONSIDERATIONS: The Litch hotel is old and wasn’t built with modern soundproofing. You will hear sounds from adjacent units, whether above, below, or next door, as well as footsteps and movement on the stairs and in the hallways.
The Litch is designed for families, couples, and friends looking for a comfortable and fun place to relax after enjoying all that Wallowa County has to offer. However, if you’re looking for a place to have a bachelor party or kegger, this isn’t the right venue. Our goal is to create a welcoming environment where all guests can enjoy their stay without excessive noise from others. Most guests are consciousness which allows everyone to have a great time. Occasionally a loud knucklehead will stay next door.
We ask all guests to be mindful of the noise they make especially during stated quite hours so all guests can fully enjoy their time here. Thank you for understanding and for helping us preserve the peaceful charm of the Litch Hotel!
👨👩👧👦 CHILDREN: The Litch Hotel welcomes families, but due to the age and historic nature of the building, the property is not ideally suited for children under the age of 8. The building’s design, with thin walls and floors, allows sound to easily travel between units. Young children’s natural energy—running, jumping, and playing—can result in noise that significantly impacts the comfort of neighboring guests.
If you are traveling with children under 8, we ask that you carefully consider whether the Litch is a good fit for your family’s needs. If you end up visiting, please understand the unique nature of the property and ensure your children are mindful of noise levels throughout your stay.
🔑 CHECK-IN: Anytime after 3:00 PM. Early check-in options available: COMPLIMENTARY: Call after 12:30 PM on your arrival day if the unit will be ready prior to 3:00 we are happy to let you in early. GUARANTEED: Pre-arrange early check-in for $20/hour starting as early as 1:00 PM.
⏰ CHECK-OUT: Required by 11:00 AM; late check-out available at $20/hour.
🚭 NO SMOKING: Smoking is prohibited within the condo.
🎉 PARTIES: Require prior approval.
🕝 QUIET HOURS: 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM.
🛌BEDS: Feature medium-firm memory foam mattresses, which most guests love and few guests find too firm.
🛏️BUNK BEDS: Linens for the bunk beds are provided upon request. Please request in advance. Note: Bunk beds are supplied unmade with a stack of all necessary linens.
📹 SECURITY: A motion-activated video doorbell is installed in the exterior entryway. 🧺WASHER/DRYER: there is no washer/dryer on site. There is a laundromat about 2 blocks away and you we offer a wash/fold service as well (Details available in our guidebook).
🪟VENTILATION: This condo doesn't have any windows that can be opened. We account for this in 3 ways, 1) a ductless AC/Heat mini split, 2) ceiling fan and 3) an air purifier.
👥EXTRA GUEST POLICY: Our nightly rate covers up to 4 guests. We can host up to 7 total: Additional guests are $30 per night Please be courteous let us know in advance if you’ll have extra guests. We don’t provide extra linens or supplies beyond 7 guests, and unregistered guests may result in cancellation.
📺 TV & STREAMING INFO There’s a Smart TV ready for you to log in to your own apps like Netflix, Hulu, Prime, or Disney+. Just a heads-up — there’s no cable or local channels. If you want live TV, you will need a service like Sling, Fubo, or YouTube TV.

Family of three + Pup // Easy access to Joseph and fishing
We had a lovely stay at the Litch! The condo was exceptionally clean and fresh, which was nice to walk into after a long drive. The space felt much larger than we anticipated, thanks to the highly lofted ceiling. The historic building has been thoughtfully remodeled with a rustic modern vibe. Bright natural light filled the front room and kitchen. The main bedroom in the back of the space was dark and quiet at night. The unit opens to the sidewalk for easy access to parking on the street.
The beds were firm yet soft. We were also impressed with the quiet and efficient ductless AC system.
The location is fantastic, just a short drive to Joseph. The Main Street of Enterprise is classic small town America. Super cute. Quiet streets.
It’s clear that Todd and his family take great pride in their business, and it shows in the details. We recommend it.
Note: as specified in the unit description, the walls of the historic building are thin so we could hear our neighbor here and there (and they could probably hear us). Knowing this ahead of time was appreciated. It didn’t negatively impact our visit.

Modern luxury convenient to Wallowa Lake
Great location in Enterprise Oregon. Walk to restaurants and shops. Short drive to Wallowa Lake and the park. Condo is clean, comfortable and modern. It is a remodeled historic building with tons of character and all the conveniences. My family, adults and teens, enjoyed our stay.

We absolute LOVED this property! I had made a mistake on booking and the owner was more than willing to work with me. We ended up staying in the bigger condo.
The property exceeded what the pictures showed. Everything was so well appointed and the size of the condo was amazing! It was a 3 bedroom, 2 bath and the rooms were HUGE, every single space. The details in the decor was wonderful! We already decided this is our new place to go to for the summer. We've already told so many people about it!!

Sacajawe-YEAH!!!
We were so excited to see our incredibly comfortable, and beautifully designed home-away-from-home. They have all conveniences including a makeup station and lighted mirror. The beds were incredibly comfortable, we all slept great. We were so happy that our 2 little poodles were welcome as well. The brothers provide a dog bed and blanket that made their stay comfy. The area is convenient and close to the lake, hiking, shopping, dining, you name it. We loved our stay and can't wait to experience the other themed rooms. They really are so cute and clever. Thank you and we will be back soon!! :)

Stunning!
The Sacagawea unit was amazing! So much charm and warmth in the entire place. We love how invested the owners are in their community and surrounding area. The Wallowa Lake area is worth exploring over and over, especially with a place like this to wind down in at the end of the day!
