While I am aware that I could of went to the desk to ask for more, I think they should have offered us more upon check in realizing there were two of us and we were staying four nights. The best thing was the comfortable pillows...like sleeping on a cloud "

No shampoo, its an Extended Stay place with a kitchenette and there is nothing there - no cups, no plates, no silverware, no sponge, no soap, quite literally nothing in these rooms. I needed to Iron my shirt, no Iron or Ironing board."

"We recently stayed at this hotel and unfortunately had a very disappointing experience.The rooms were not clean at all. The bathroom floor felt sticky, and there were handprints visible on multiple surfaces, which made the room feel unsanitary. In room 407, the mattress on the pull-out bed was absolutely disgusting and appeared to be stained with what looked like blood. This was extremely unsettling and unacceptable. The pool was another issue. It was ice cold and appeared to be green, which...
