"4night stay and regret choosing the hotel. Room was dirty for the 4 days, not once cleaned properly. Wifi is non existent! Noisy room and poorly equipped. The staff were of no help at all whilst there, everything seems like a pain for them and they simply just didn’t want you there. The room is not what a superior queen looked like online. Hotels.com should remove from their stay list."

"Moxy's is a lovely hotel with an incredible breakfast. Super clean and cool design. This would have been a 5 star review aside from the airport shuttle service. We arrived to the lobby 10 minutes before the departure time and were told by staff to wait in the lobby. 15 minutes past and we asked staff again and were told they they will get us when the shuttle arrived. 20 more minutes past, no one came to get us and when I asked the staff member at the counter he said the shuttle arrived at the...

"This property was clean and very comfortable bedding. Very close to the airport and near mall but an hour from the city centre. Very basic services room only but all we needed. Airport will rip you off charging 200 for a booked cab to get to hotel but it’s only 50 their money and 30 to the mall. Reception will organise a cab for you at real prices and the cab driver we got to the mall we used to get to the airport.."

"The hotel served the purpose of an easily accessible stay in between flights. The room was clean but the property is visibly old and there are no windows so the rooms and hallways had never seen fresh air. Felt stuffed and didn’t look like the pictures I had seen on the app."

"The room was in good condition and the staff were lovely. However the room was very basic and a little worn. The hotel is next to a 7/11 which was super useful but there wasn’t much else nearby. The food also wasn’t all that appetising. Great business hotel but not ideal for travelling. I should have done more research before booking here. "
