"First impressions- a lovely villa. My experience in this villa was ok. One thing i would say is, it’s FAR! if you don’t mind staying at the villa then it’s fine. So you Do need a car to get around. The owners answered all of our questions in a timely manner and they have a wonderful manager Jenny who greeted us and was available for anything that we needed during our visit. "We enjoyed our stay in these roomy apartments. We were 4 adults and so there was ample space and comfort. We needed to be close to the harbour and our sailboat, so these apartments were within easy walking distance to our boat and to restaurants. The staff were very helpful and shuttled us back to our boat with our luggage when we left. Would recommend these accommodations."

Every day you get greeted with some amazing views of either Montserrat or the many sailboats that cruise through. David & Jenny were super communicative and provided us with copious amounts of information to prepare us for a seamless stay. "The Villa was great, views of the bay and ocean amazing. Always a strong o ran breeze to keep the temperature down while outside on the numerous decks. Snorkeling in the bay outside the Villa was terrific and we spent hours everyday in the water. The only thing missing in the house is a microwave (popcorn lovers that we are). There was no phone for local calls, the tumble drier was broken and according to the cleaner had been waiting repair for a long time. Towels were clean but most were heavily stained and we had to ask for toilet rolls which were not replenished. "The property was amazing, although sort of off the beaten path…but that’s not even a problem with having a driver available anytime. The house was spectacular and Lou (owner) was always a call away, willing to help, pick up groceries, drinks, whatever. The house is probably better than the pictures online. And the pool was a great size! Would recommend The Carib House, and Lou, to anyone."
