"I wish to warn others regarding this property. We booked for 1 night. Had initial message to confirm that they would send check in details closer to the time of check in but was never sent anything. They then did not respond to any requests for information regarding check in. We were unable to get access to the property when we arrived, luckily Expedia arranged alternative accommodation but it ruined our plans for the evening! Disgusting behaviour by the host. "Our recent stay at Small Lane Cottage was nothing short of amazing! The cottage has been finished to an incredibly high standard and has absolutely everything you would need for a self-catered break - Liz has thought of everything! The decor is beautiful and the whole place was spotlessly clean when we arrived.
The location is great, particularly if you really want to escape somewhere quiet and peaceful. The garden and hot tub have fantastic views you can enjoy all year round.

"The property was cold and the device to set the temperature seemed to be out of battery. It was somewhat hard to find, and when we entered there was a vacuum cleaner sitting in the hallway. Parking can be hard to find, and the owners' emails seemed to be automatic and not responsive."

The term Entire apartment is missleading. The fact is it is a room in a house. It is ensuit. This room is on the 1st floor. The Kitshen is shared and is on another floor.
There is double bed, so technically you can have 2 people sleeping on the same bed.
There is single parking lot infront of the house, but there are other parking lots walking distance from the house, for free.

"Property was clean. Not as stated entire property. Shared facilities. Bathroom via the kitchen on ground floor had child. Did not feel we could relax here as thought we had entire apartment. Outside next to little shop. Traffic island outside meant couldnt park outside and single line. Area around property made us feel unsafe- wasnt the best."
