"The room was clean, the breakfast was simple, but good, and the staff was very friendly. The hotel location has a wonderful parking garage to keep your car and it is great walking distance from many amenities downtown. We are therefore a cheerleading competition and had a great accessibility to Charlotte convention center, which was a plus that we did not have to drive our car and deal with the parking garage traffic we enjoyed our stay and we’ll stay here again "

"It was a nice hotel with nice amenities. The complementary breakfast buffet was delicious and on Monday and Tuesday nights they had a complimentary dinner as a thank you to the guests. The rooms were clean, the pool was nice and there was an outdoor fire pit area that was relaxing.
What stood out the most was the staff. They were so friendly and accommodating. We arrived at 7 am and the check in time wasn't until 3 pm. They had us in our room and resting by 10 am. They never acted...
