"We were surprised to learn that there was a $50.00 cash deposit for smoke free rooms. We got it back at checkout, but the fact there was one was not expected.
There was lots of noise outside.
While our room was a non-smoker room, folks smoked outside near the room, so smoke came into the room."

"My family and I had a very disappointing experience at this hotel. The manager had an extremely nasty attitude and was very rude and unprofessional while speaking to us. Customer service was terrible, and instead of trying to help resolve concerns, we were treated with disrespect.
On top of that, the room smelled strongly of mold, which made the stay very uncomfortable and concerning. There was also a constant burning smell every time we stepped into the elevator, which felt unsafe and...

"Needed a place to stay near the airport. Clean … .comfy. Everyone kind and helpful. We missed the scheduled airport van by a few minutes and a driver stepped in to take us.
Nice bright, well equipped gym.
Grabbed breakfast. The buffet was typical… but all well done. "
