THE DEEP DIVE
All BeachHauses are engineered for simple, easy living. All BeachHauses feature self check-in and check-out. They're stocked with beach toys, beach towels, bath towels, laundry detergent, shampoo, conditioner, olive oil, and cooking-ready kitchens.

Head to the beach! Whichever one you want, less than 10 minutes by foot. Swami’s is raw, for hardcore surfers. Moonlight is decked out, down to a playground and snack bar. If you want beach chairs, mats and umbrellas, we've got that and more waiting for you. Stroll to and through the funky fresh beach town of Encinitas if you want. Then settle into this ultra-private studio tucked into our modular house, with fresh finishes that make for an effortlessly mod and retro feeling simultaneously and please know that there may be guests above you on the top floor. Settle in for a great night sleep on our LULL mattress with the newly added AC unit. Welcome! You’re here, you’re away, you’re home, you’re at BeachHaus. Please note the extra bed (memory foam twin mattress) is available upon request and is not left in the property by default due to space considerations.

Awesome weekend getaway!

We had the best time at this property! It was a perfect location (walking distance to the beach & downtown Encinitas). It is small, but it was just fine for 2 people & a dog. The place was very clean & fully stocked with kitchen or bathroom items. We enjoyed the outdoor patio as well. We will be back!

Perfection

This hang ten hut was in the perfect location - beach access, close to dog friendly beaches, fun shops, the yummiest restaurants (The Fish Shop, Blue Ribbon Pizza, Union Kitchen and Tap, GOODONYA, Better Buzz coffee, the Original 101 Diner, etc), the Realization Garden and so much more! The property manager was so easy to talk to and get a hold of. We will definitely be back! Thank you again for everything 🌸

1 week stay

The accommodation was clean and cheerful. It was well outfitted with dishes and kitchen/bathroom supplies. If I had one negative comment to make is that it is a little small for 2 people for a week, Other than a small kitchen table and 2 chairs there was nowhere to comfortably sit to read etc. It rained for a couple of days during our week, so an upholstered chair would have been nice.

Nice Getaway

We had a lovely 3 day getaway in Encinitas. The property was perfect for our needs. We had everything that we could possibly need for our stay. Great use of space and very thoughtfully decorated! The outside shower came in handy after the beach. The only negative is the noise of the train and military helicopters. We could not sleep with the windows open at night but there is AC which we used. After the first night we had no problem sleeping. It would be nice to have a screen door so that we could keep the front door open during the day for a breeze. Restaurants and shopping are within walking distance. We drove to the Del Mar Beach Dog Park and had a great time with our pooch. Great stay would definitely stay there again!

Cozy spot, perfectly located.

This apartment had everything we needed for a great stay! It was very clean and bright and very private. The washer and dryer were a real bonus for us. The outside patio and outdoor shower were perfect for a beach vacation and we loved that the place came with beach towels, chairs and an umbrella. We could walk everywhere!

Location, Location, Location!!!

Perfect location for walking to the beach and downtown! Very clean and has a variety of the things supplied for the home. Door codes work very well and host was very helpful! Great place to stay!

Highly recommend this property and location

I found the property very clean with all the necessities on site. It’s decor is bright and cheerful. The location is superb, less than a block from a breathtaking view of the ocean and a couple blocks from the heart of Encinitas.

Super cute and AWESOME location

Very cute, comfortable and well appointed little studio. The hosts are professional, organized and accommodating. There is assigned covered parking (a huge plus in a beach neighborhood), and the location is absolutely FANTASTIC. Just a short (3-minute?) walk to the heart of downtown Encinitas, with hundreds of shops, restaurants, boutiques, cafes, bars, entertainment. We loved it! Thank you!

Encinitas Trip

We had a last minute trip to California and wanted to visit our favorite beach city. I booked last minute and had a great experience as a whole. Email with detailed instructions and even a text to open communication. The room was the perfect size for a couple trying to get away with a large bathroom and all amenities to have a comfortable stay. We even had a garage spot to park so there was no worries of trying to park on the street. We seeked this rental out based on the location. We just wanted to be able to walk everywhere we need and not have to drive and we could do just that. We had a great quick stay and look forward to coming back

Great location to explore the beaches of North County. Walking distance to both main beaches in Encinitas and downtown area with bars and restaurants. Close, easy drive to Cardiff, Del Mar and Solana beaches. Size of studio is fine for a couple who spend most of their time out.
