"A excellent property accurately described in the online entry. Superb location very quiet neighbourhood on a private road within a few minutes walk to the sea. Super bus links using the 52 or 53 into Chichester with the bus stop at the end of the road about 5 minutes walk from the cottage. Everything you needed was obtainable from East Wittering about 10 minutes walk supermarkets shops and various eating places. The cottage was very well equipped and have a lovely garden to sit in and enjoy...

"Pros - great location, near pub and nice coffee shop. Short walk to beach. Cons - not very clean on arrival, mould problem in bathroom, strong damp smell throughout property. Had planned to cook but found mould growing on wooden spoons and cobwebs on the pans - so ate out instead! Having read through the comments in the visitor book we could see these issues had been raised several times, so it’s disappointing they haven’t been addressed. Would not stay again."

"My family and I had a very enjoyable stay at Tern Cottage. It was very comfortable and had everything you would need for a longer stay (washing machine was particularly useful). We also had mid stay housekeeping which we were very impressed with. The location of the Cottage is extremely close to all the shops, seafront, park and train station. "Accommodation was fine, clean and had hardly any issues. But just a few comments. We are both in our mid 70's and my wife having had recent back surgery had a lot of difficulty climbing and descending 4 flights of very narrow stairs. Even I had trouble with them and I do not have big feet but I had to go down sideways. I am surprised they meet building standards. Could definitely do with a printed welcome pack in the room to get guests started with the amenities, there were no instructions for...

"Grove Lodge was the perfect choice for our family of 8 adults celebrating my father's 100th birthday. The ground floor ensuite bedroom was perfect for him. The house was clean and very well equipped. As we had goodcweather we were able to enjoy the lovely private garden. "Seaview is a lovely quiet village with a couple of easy walks to a number of beaches, parks and wetland reserve. Brilliant pub on seafront and fab ice cream shop, both 2 to 3 mins walk. Accommodation was set back on a quiet street. Lovely private garden. Kitchen well stocked for home cooking. Beds comfortable. Loved all the paperbacks. No upstairs bathroom but not a problem with a family group."
