This beautiful 2 bedroom and 2 bath, top floor condo offers all the comforts of home including fully supplied kitchen, HD TV’s with DVD and Blue Ray players, wireless internet, patio furniture, pool within steps, tennis court, and beautiful views. Oceanside and soundside decks. Extremely family friendly area with amazing beaches. Even if the weather isn’t so friendly, relax in the master bath’s huge jetted tub. Hardwood floors, water treatment and filter systems (no need for bottled water). Sleeps up to 6. Weekly rates include linen service and cleaning.

Emerald Isle getaway

Overall the stay was good. Condo was very clean and the location is great. Close to sound, beach and pool! The condo needs new drapes, especially in the master bedroom and living room and the rear door lock needs attention but all in all it was a nice condo. I would recommend it and would rent again.

Emerald Isle Review

This wonderful condo was perfect for our family of 6. It is closely located to the beach and is right next door to a wonderful pool. These two things combined with plenty to do on the island made for a perfect vacation. 10 out of 10 recommend and would go back in a heart beat.

Decent stay

Pull out was unusable the mattress was so thin. Also, no sheets provided for pull out. No curtains in master, just shears. Light was blinding from sunrise at 6 am and no real privacy.

Property was perfect Master bedroom just needs blinds as the morning sun at 6:15 was quite bright . Could use a few newer pots to cook with they were old and scratched so dood stuck while cooking Place was excellent Location Very quiet and close to beach and pool ! Had a great time

Awesome location & view!

This rental is in a perfect location with being a short walk to the beach & close enough to restaurants & stores if want to go out. There’s many great picture opportunities nearby. It is a nice place for a family vacation & a quiet area!

Just as Advertised

The experience with the accommodations were perfect. We enjoyed the condo and it was just as advertised. No hitches on anything except the door handle in the slider. The handle was missing and the locking mechanism locked me out the first night. No biggie just had to go to the front door to get back in. Great place and location was in the center of where we were going.

Terrific Place!

We had a great getaway at this property! It had everything one would need for a stay at the beach. It was clean, quiet, and comfortable. Steps to beach access and views from the ocean to the sound. Convenient to town as well!

Short relaxing weekend trip

We were looking for a short weekend trip to allow us to enjoy the beach and to decompress from work. Place was perfect for what we were looking for. It was only a short 5 minute walk to the beach. Beach was beautiful and the area seemed very safe.

Quiet location

This Pier Pointe condo has access to the sound across the street, the ocean just a few steps away, tennis courts, nice swimming pools and is convenient to a few small stores. If you don't mind the hike up to the third floor, the condo is in a quiet corner with a great view of the ocean. The condo itself was not well cleaned, which looked like someone probably cleaned it in a hurry: trash behind the trash can, sand on the floor, and some dirty dishes in the cabinet. The beds were comfortable and the condo had everything we needed.

Always Enjoy Visting Emerald Isle

We had a great time during our most recent stay. The condo was clean and close to the beach. One thing I really appreciate is all the information Gary provided. It was very thorough and helpful. Communication was also great. We will definitely keep this place in mind for our next stay.

Second stay in this condo

We had such a great experience in this condo last year that we decided to come back. We love how close the condo is to the beach and the community pool is right next us. It was great to peek out and check on our teens in the pool from our window. The condo itself is beautiful and well supplied with everything we needed for a great vacation. You can see both the ocean and the sound from the porch. We enjoyed looking at the water while drinking our morning coffee on the little table and chairs each day. It was less than a 5-minute walk from leaving our door to dropping our gear on the beach. This location could not have been more perfect. Thanks again for opening your lovely condo to us!

Great spot to enjoy the beach

Overall the condo was clean, and was the exact spot on the beach that we were expecting. Some minor problems with maintenance on the home, but the manager made sure to take care of them. While it was a little bit frustrating to have to deal with plumbers and windows while we were trying to enjoy a holiday, overall it was taken care of quickly and efficiently and really didn't cut into our trip. The balcony overlooked the ocean and you could hear the sea from your room. Overall it was very convenient and lovely location to enjoy a stay on emerald Isle.

Great Location

The property was in a great location, just a short walk to the beach and the pool right outside of the front door. Decent beach views from the balcony, was wonderful to drink coffee in the morning. Overall the property was clean and comfortable.
