"Quite convenient to walk around Whyte Ave, with plenty of bars nearby. However, it gets quite noisy at night, especially with cars passing along the street around midnight. I asked the staff if I could switch to a quieter room on the other side, but unfortunately that wasn’t possible. Additionally, the room amenities were quite limited, even no chair by the table."

"The staff was so sweet and amazing — truly incredible customer service! However, the hotel itself was just decent. There were hairs left in the shower, and even after paying extra for another guest, there weren’t enough towels in the room. The pool also wasn’t the greatest and definitely needed a deep clean. "Breakfast was odd at best. It said turkey sausage and showed a pic of a flat patty, but it looked like large undercooked hot dogs cut I half. Room was clean and well stocked. "
