"First I will say that Kellie, the owner, is excellent. She was very communicative and handled any issues we had upon arrival. Initially I would have scored lower, but because she was quick to reply and fix our issues in a timely manner, we were very pleased. Would stay again! The location was just perfect for our family since we have littles and have to carry a lot of things to the beach. It’s also centrally located by Atlantic beach and Beaufort which were both towns we loved exploring."

"What an incredible property! The view of the Sound was incredible and we thoroughly enjoyed the water and the wildlife. And, with a short walk to the ocean and beach, we felt like we had the best of both worlds. The beach was amazing!"

"Great accommodation! So nice and clean. Kitchen was super well stocked with dishes, cookware of all types, utensils, flatware, etc., etc. Bedrooms were nice and comfortable. Loved the pool, a bit brisk, but really nice for mid May. Golf cart was nice to have, operating instructions were provided for just about everything. We would definitely return."

"We enjoyed a week on the beach visiting with our girls who are at UNC. We appreciated accommodations that allowed our family dog to visit with the girls too. The gated deck and easy walkway to the beach were helpful to all. Everything was fresh and clean inside the home."

"We loved this little renovated property and it was a great location for a family stay at the beach. Well stocked kitchen so we could cook and grill at home as well as several nearby places to eat out. Short walk/drive down to the beach. We rented a golfcart to make this easier but be warned, the neighborhood is boxed in by "no golfcart" roads so there is no where other than the beach to drive to. Everything was clean. We had extra sheets, towels, blankets and even a washer/dryer. We never found...

"The house is great and the owner was very responsive but there are a lot of dos and don’ts. It’s a little hard to completely relax and not worry about accidentally doing something wrong. The primary access to the beach via golf cart was closed for bridge repairs the first part of our week. That was inconvenient! But the screened porch and the outdoor shower made up for everything!"
