"This property is amazing. It was, by far, the highlight of our trip traversing Switzerland. Alexandria at check in was amazing. She helped us to navigate and shift our itinerary due to closures. She was beyond kind. Our room, wow, AMAZING! We had a lovely little balcony with direct views of the Matterhorn. We were so very pleased. I highly recommend Schloss Zermatt. "We were surprised to see that we had a great view of the Matterhorn from our room on the 3rd floor! The hotel is an easy walk to restaurants and stores. I messaged the hotel for a pickup at the train station and that worked perfectly to help us get our bags to the hotel."

You have to go to the hotel next door to check-in where they only had one person doing the work for a few of us showing up at the same time. More illogically, they had three people at the desk the next morning for checking out. Good breakfast."
