Staff was great but made us come to the front desk for things and they said they would come fix our tv and never came. Took over an hour to bring us toilet paper.

This place is amazing, quiet comfy, and cozy really made us feel like we were at home. Usually, it’s hard to sleep or get comfy staying somewhere besides your own house but this place was amazing. Loved it.
