Your comfortable vacation address directly at the sea….
Villa de Alevtina is just 200 meters from the beach in a quiet residential area in the Almadrava district in Els Poblets.
The house spoils with a 1250sqm, beautifully landscaped garden, with sitting areas, terraces, large palm trees, and many Mediterranean plants and is surrounded by an evergreen hedge that ensures privacy. The 10x5 meter pool can be heated on request and offers plenty of space for swimming and relaxing. In a 2x2 meter baby pool, even smaller children can splash around safely. A little apart, you can relax in the covered jacuzzi or recharge your batteries in the sauna. You can easily park your car in front of the house, there are 2 covered parking spaces reserved for you.

The villa was recently completely renovated and has a total of 4 bedrooms, each with a shower room, so it can accommodate up to 8 people. 2 living rooms, a cozy dining area, a 70 sqm covered terrace with BBQ, which can also be closed if necessary, offer enough retreat options for a larger group or family for a relaxing, relaxing holiday. The Villa Alevtina has been equipped to a high standard, has air conditioning and gas central heating in all bedrooms, and a fireplace in the living room, which spreads cozy warmth in winter, and is therefore ideally equipped for the winter. The kitchen fully equipped with washer dryer, coffee machine, microwave, large fridge, oven, etc. leaves nothing to be desired.

The free internet connection is included in the rental price.

We only charge you the final cleaning costs separately with 250, - € once and for environmental reasons we use energy consciously for energy and charge 0.25 € per kilowatt hour based on actual consumption. The cost of gas used will be charged at € 18 per 20 kg bottle. Linen package 15, - € once per person. Water consumption and the cost of garden and pool maintenance are included in the price. A € 300 one-time deposit is payable in cash to our caretaker on arrival, who will keep this amount until her departure. On the day of moving out, the deposit will be repaid after visual inspection in the rental property, minus the costs for electricity and gas, if you hand over the house without damage.

The Villa de Alevtina is completely renovated, newly furnished and the outdoor area has been redesigned. The highlight is the 10x5 meter pool with a 2x2 meter baby pool. Solo tener en cuenta que el precio no incluye algunos gastos como la luz, que cobran a precio de oro, doble o mas del coste por kilovatio del precio real actual y el precio de limpieza por semana es el de 3 personas a 8 horas por día (250€) y cobran 15€ por persona por textiles reutilizados durante años.y por semana, con lo que el precio es engañoso

Die Finca hat alle Erwartungen übertroffen!!! Nicht mit typisch spanischen Unterkünften vergleichbar. Mit viel Liebe zum Detail ausgestattet, gepflegt und durchdacht. Die Lage in Strandnähe ist top. Dabei absolut ruhig (auch seitens der Nachbarschaft). Von der Dachterrasse hat man einen schönen Rundumblick. Lieben Dank für die tolle Erholung.

Todo fue muy bien, la casa está muy bien equipada y muy bien ubicada. Tuvimos un par de averías con el congelador y la barbacoa, pero las solucionaron enseguida. Muy atentos en todo y salió todo perfecto. Recomendable

Mooie tuin en zwembad , wel enkele minpunten , de verlichting van het zwembad was stuk , regendouche was stuk , die lekte vanboven en vanonder .de bbq was gewoon heel smerig en die hebben we dan ook niet gebruikt , om de stofzuiger aan te zetten moeste je er een tandenstoker tussen de bedieningsknop steken.

We selected this villa on very little notice after a horrific experience at another one further down the coast – not linked in any way to Alevtina. From the outset all comms were very quick and everything very easy. Mrs Schmidt was very helpful throughout with anything we needed. The villa is as per the pictures. The outside space is simply wonderful and it has something for everyone. Inside the furnishings are clean and the kitchen has everything you need for a 19-day break in the sun. We really enjoyed the local bars which also served excellent food: Llum and The Soul Beach Hotel. We are a well-travelled couple in our early 50’s and have been let down so many times over the years – primarily with ones where the photos were taken 10+ years ago. Not this one - this place really meets expectations – a 5 star experience. The only thing we struggled with was the Internet which I did mention during our stay. We didn’t go there to watch Netflix all day but unfortunately, I had to work for a couple of days and the signal is very weak. It fluctuated anything between 3 mbps and 6 mbps. Maybe it’s just the local area. I don’t want to end on a sour note – if this place is available then, as of May 2023, it genuinely stacks up to the pictures and represents excellent value. If we are in this part of Spain again, we will categorically be back….. Thanks again!!

Sowohl die Übernahme bei Anreise als auch die Übergabe bei Abfahrt waren absolut problemlos. Das Haus bietet viel Platz und Komfort und ist wirklich gut ausgestattet. Es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Besonders hervorzuheben ist großzügige Außenanlage und der Pool. Wir konnten eine unbeschwerte und tolle Zeit mit unseren Kids verbringen.

Die Vermieterin hat in kurzer Zeit auf Fragen geantwortet. Die Übergabe mit Sabine hat hervorragend funktioniert und Vorort als Ansprechpartner einen super Service geleistet. Das Haus mit Aussenanlage bietet alles was man im Urlaub benötigt. Wir haben uns rundum Wohl gefühlt und werden sicher wieder kommen. Stefan Maxeiner

There are always little things one could complain about, but when everything else around you is so fantastic, like this oasis, you just feel silly... The Internet was a little spotty at times (sadly had to work some), but otherwise, not much worth complaining about... The pool was great, the beaches beautiful, several restaurants within walking distance, several grocery stores within a short drive... Simply gorgeous...

La casa está fenomenal…como en las fotos. La playa más cerca es de piedras grandes. A 6 min andando hay una playa de arena. El wifi no funciona muy bien. Todos los muebles escogidos con gusto, así como la vajilla. La casa tiene de todo.

Het huis ziet er netjes uit. Lekkere ruime tuinkamer, de tuin is ook goed onderhouden en ruim. Mooi groot zwembad en lekkere sauna en jacuzzi. We komen zeker nog een keer terug.

This is a very beautiful villa, in a lovely area, however the villa could be improved slightly the freezer was only big enough to fit 3 pizzas in and we where a family of 8 staying at the villa!!! There was no English channels on the television only German or Spanish , when you are travelling with small children and want them to have time out of the sun, would have been nice if they had channels they could watch and understand!! Sofas are more like conservatory sofas and really uncomfortable . But overall the villa is nice the outside space is he villas biggest attraction it’s beautiful with a lovely big pool. We did find the frequent visits from the gardener doing the pool etc in the middle of the day a little annoying as it interrupted our holiday this should have been done early so that it didn’t effect our day, also one day he came to cut the grass he was there from 8am till 1.30pm and also could not use the pool for an hour after so we had no use of the pool or garden for most of the day!!! This should not have been done while we were there the grass should have been cut before our arrival. Will say tho he was a very lovely man and very polite . Overall we enjoyed our stay

Schönes Haus, schöner Pool. Service nicht so top. Für den Preis könnte man erwarten dass es beim einzug, nach einer langen Reise, wenigstens 1 Klopapierrolle pro Klo hat. Bäder hatten Schimmel Am morgen um 8.00 Uhr wurde ohne vorankündigung die Hecke geschnitten und der Rasen gemäht, das hat die in den unteren Zimmern nicht sehr gefreut.

Wir waren in März da und das Haus war schön warm. Wir haben sehr schöne gemütliche Abende genießen konnten auf 70 qm überdachte Terrasse mit Fernsehen und Kamin. Für unsere große Gruppe bittet die Küche, Esszimmer und Wohnzimmer ausreichen Platz. Wir kommen gerne wieder:)

Die Villa ist super und es fehlt einem hier an nichts! Wir können das Haus nur weiter empfehlen. Es bietet für 8 Personen ausreichend Platz und ist top ausgestattet. Wir haben es sehr genossen! Leider ist der Strand, welcher in unmittelbarer Nähe ist, nicht besonders schön, aber ca 8 km nördlich gibt es einen wunderschönen breiten Strand.
