Absolutely beautiful and comfortable house off of the turnpike with OVER 20+ FOOD options and ATTRACTIONS!! 5 MINUTE DRIVE AWAY from the brand new UBS ARENA and BELMONT RACE TRACK, your stay at this adobe is across the street from APPLEBEE'S, CHIPOTLE, STARBUCKS, CHECKERS, TACO BELL, JAMAICAN RESTAURANT, PIZZARIA, just to name a few! Also just a 2 MINUTE WALK from over 3 BANKS, a TARGET, MARSHALLS, LIQUOR STORE, TJ MAXX, MULTIPLE GAS STATIONS, and more!
The space
This property has a luxury 3 bedrooms with comfy queen beds; newly renovated fully functional kitchen with stainless steel appliances, filtered water refrigerator, coffee machine, microwave, toaster, washing machine and dryer, stocked amenities for you to enjoy.

This house also has newly laminated wood floors throughout accompanied with a newly renovated bathroom for you to unwind. Check out the backyard wooden deck suitable for relaxing and taking in fresh air in the backyard.

There are 2 bedrooms on the first floor which includes the master bedroom, living room, kitchen, bathroom and sliding door access to the outdoor deck.

On the second floor there is a 1 bedroom loft space which quiets your stay away from the main level. High-speed Wifi is available on site.

Guests will have the access to get around by feet or enjoy being a 2 minute drive from everything. Shopping centers, fast food and restaurants are across the street from the property. Full access to pull-in driveway that holds up to 3 cars.

Amazing stay

I enjoyed my stay. The host was quick to answer all of my calls and texts - she made sure to stay on the phone with me to help me understand how the lock worked. She allowed me to check out late. The place was very clean and smelled amazing when I came in. It's a nice house. There is a nice backyard. I will book again.

Fun in NYC

Cute and cozy place to stay. Neighbor hood was good, the house was located right of the main road which was nice and allowed easy access to the parkway. Rooms were comfortable. Had to search for the towels, there was 4 adults, 3 of us where ladies. 5 towels and two wash clothes, definitely not enough. The cook were needs an overhaul and an upgrade. Trying to cook for four on two pans no easy. And then the last thing was the door in… which is probably my fault living in the country, we don’t lock doors or have electronic locks… trying to navigate the keyless entry was very difficult… but other then that overall great stay.

The property was clean and the outside grounds were well manicured. The property owner made her self available to us and answered all questions that we had. This property is small but intimate. There is no bathroom upstairs and climbing up and down the stairs is tiresome. Also the airport is near and you can hear the airplanes taking off or landing. After a while you no longer notice it. Overall this property was a good choice and I would recommend this property.

Enttäuschend - Aufenthalt abgebrochen

Das Haus konnte nicht zur vereinbarten Zeit bezogen werden, da es immer noch geputzt wurde. Es entsprach nicht der Beschreibung, es stand nirgends, dass noch weitere Personen darin wohnen würden. Wir im Hochparterre und andere unter/neben uns. Fie Abtrennung erfolgte über eine Türe in der Küche, welche nicht dicht war. Da es extrem ringhörig war (Lärm von andern Bewohnern im Haus mitten in der Nacht, lärmige Lage, schlechte Fenster in Schlafzimmern) und die Gerüche (Zigaretten Rauch von anderer Partei - obschon als non-smoking definiert) in unseren Teil kamen, reisten wir nach zwei Nächten ab. Wir fühlten uns in diesem Haus nicht sicher, da die Fenster mit Klimaanlage-Einbau nur mit Plastik und Klebband im seitlichen Teil zu waren - man konnte neben dem Klebband ins Freie mit der Hand greifen. Vereinbart wurde mit der Vermieterin durch VRBO eine Rückzahlung von 4 Nächten, was aber nicht so rückvergütet wurde (sondern nicht einmal ganze drei Nächte).

Highly Recommended Place to Stay

The place was magnificent. Just as described as the listing if not better. Communication with Clover was flawless and she was very attentive to me and the guest and helped with any issues that was brought to her attention. She extended her courtesy by being very flexible with me and my friends. Highly recommend anyone that is looking for a place to stay in Queens

Overpriced, sketchy neighborhood, and noisy radiator

The host was extremely hospitable and tried to make sure the place was clean and sanitized. However, at our check in, she was there and had just sprayed a lot of sanitizing spray. There entire place smelled like harsh chemicals. Not great for anyone to be inhaling, especially a baby! Here’s some pros, there’s plenty of linens, beers in the fridge and some snacks. The cons outweighed the benefits for us. The neighborhood itself is not the best, but it was a short drive from where we needed to be. The radiators are so loud, it sounds like someone is taking a wrench to the pipes. It feels like someone is in the house with you and it’s pretty creepy. It also woke us up in the middle of the night and scared the crap out of my baby. Overall, I’d look for other options. The other reviews sounds questionable at best to me.

Amazing as usual

It was my husband and myselfs 2nd time staying there and it was perfect as expected. Clean, awesome tech advanced check in which was so convenient for us both. Kelly is amazing and so easy to reach and communicate with. The home is always stacked with fresh and clean linen and is amazing to cook in and in a beautiful and convenient neighborhood. We are inspired to move to that area soon because of the stay at Kelly’s residence

Beautiful and cozy home

I initially stayed with my husband and we had work in the area so it was very convenient, we ended up falling in love with the area and extended our stay so we can walk through the neighborhood. We loved it and even told Kelly we would love to talk about real estate in the near future. The home is clean, beautiful, cozy, well stocked with linen and towels and cleaning supplies. The patio was so lovely, on Sat oct 23rd it was a rare warm morning and we had breakfast outside on the patio. It was really a vacation from home. I would recommend everyone to stay in this home
