"I had to deal with Expedia and the manager on duty. Travis was extremely helpful and gave me great information. He made sure I was satisfied and got the reimbursement that was due from Expedia. "It was a bit outdated, but fine for the price. Fridge wasn’t very cold, but didn’t really need it much. Office was helpful. Was out visiting relatives in the area so just needed a clean, safe place to sleep."

"Bugs on the bed and bathroom. Unsanitary room, there was open chip bags in our room upon arrival, the walls and beds had stains on the Blankets and dirt on the walls. And lots of hair on the bathroom towels. It very much so smelled like smoke in our nonsmoking room when we got there. I had 3 kids with me and this was an unsafe environment for them. We checkout and asked for a refund so far haven’t heard anything back very disappointing "
