Our charming 2-bedroom home is located in Elma Center. Nestled just a 17-minute drive from the excitement of games and concerts at the Buffalo Bills’ Highmark Stadium, 5 minutes from the beautiful Knox State Park, and a 19-minute drive to the serene shores of Lake Erie, this property offers the perfect blend of convenience and tranquility.

As a guest, you'll enjoy the comforts of free Wi-Fi, a washing machine and dryer, a cozy fireplace, and a smart TV to keep you entertained. The fully stocked kitchen, complete with a stove, oven, refrigerator, microwave, and all the necessary appliances and utensils, allows you to easily prepare delicious meals. This house was nicely supplied with everything we might need for our stay. I think the kitchen was especially beautiful! All the other areas were very nicely decorated and comfortable. It's nice to have a separate area to go to if your companions are still asleep or retire early. (especially if you are in your PJs) Something hotels often don't offer. We were contacted by the host, but not too often and we were encouraged to contact them if we needed anything-we didn't. I do hope we will stay here again in the future.

The place was large and very homey. Comfortable bed, clean rental, feels like staying with a relative. We never saw the manager who was in the unit above us, but she was very attentive.

Wonderful home

We stayed for a full week. Our grandchildren stayed with us during the daytimes. They are ages 1 and 2 1/2. The house was perfect for us. It had everything we could possibly need. The hosts were super attentive. Great value stay!

We had a fantastic weekend in Elma and thoroughly enjoyed this property. The property manager and staff were incredibly welcoming, supportive, and kind. From the moment we booked until the day we left, they were always accessible and ready to assist. The house was impeccable, and we highly recommend it to anyone considering a visit! Pleasant and charming

My partner and I stayed here for a weekend to attend a nearby wedding. Joanne, the owner, was friendly and gave clear instructions. The home is very spacious and decorated so sweetly Victorian-style. We had everything we needed there for an enjoyable stay and it made our weekend that much better. We loved it. Thank you Joanne!

Elma stay

The home and grounds were lovely, and just as pictured! Jill, who lives onsite, was very gracious in helping with whatever we needed, but also gave us plenty of privacy. We had pretty much whatever we needed, but there’s a convenience store right around the corner, which we frequented for odds and ends. Our stay initially started with just 4 people (me, my husband, 2 kids in their 20’s), but then had 2 others show up with very little notice. I thought it was okay for them to stay at the house, because thought I had read somewhere the place could sleep 6 people if using the pullout sofa. I then found out the house rules had changed, to only allow 4 guests. However, the other host, Joanne, was very understanding and accommodating, and allowed them to stay for a very nominal fee. Overall, I’d highly recommend the house to anyone visiting the western NY area! It’s top-notch, full of character, and very affordable!

Family time

Good communication with owners…helpful directions & info We loved the area, especially Marilla County Store( spent 2 hrs still didn’t see it all!) enjoyed walks in neighborhood!! Alton’s restaurant has good brunch, TGS family owned barbecue out of this world!! Both close by. Pretty Victorian interior, clean bright open kitchen, charming parlor, bed comfortable, bathroom showers need to be cleaned better ( only disappointment) Overall, 3 1/2 - 4 stars rating. Nice experience!! Love this area!!
