 Welcome to Pinecone Perch, a modern mountain retreat for up to eight guests. This 3-bedroom, 3-bath home is tucked within the gated Walnut Mountain community—where mountain views, peaceful privacy, and resort-style amenities create the perfect backdrop for a memorable getaway.







Living Areas



Inside, natural wood finishes and stone fireplaces make every moment feel like a cozy mountain postcard. The main living room features leather sofas, a plush sectional, and a gas fireplace, setting the tone for quiet mornings or movie nights by the fire.



Downstairs, a second gathering space invites fun and friendly competition with a ping pong table, board games, and a large TV. Sink into the leather sectional after a spirited match or curl up by the second stone fireplace. A desk with dual monitors makes this level perfect for a workcation—or for streaming your favorite shows in peace.







Kitchen & Dining



The spacious kitchen features stainless steel appliances, a tile backsplash, and a large island for casual conversation while meals come together. Whether you’re preparing breakfast before a day of exploring or a hearty dinner for the group, this kitchen has everything you need to cook in style.



Gather around the beautiful dining table, seating six, as mountain light filters through the windows, or step outside to the covered porch where bar seating for six overlooks the trees—ideal for sipping morning coffee or toasting the sunset with friends.







Bedrooms & Baths



The primary suite is a luxurious escape with a king bed, freestanding soaking tub, and an ensuite bath featuring a walk-in tiled shower with bench and dual vanities—your own private spa after a day in the mountains.



The second bedroom offers a queen bed and TV, while the third features two queen beds and a loveseat—perfect for kids, cousins, or friends sharing a space. Each level has its own full bath with a tiled walk-in shower, ensuring convenience and comfort for all guests.







Outdoor Amenities



Breathe in crisp mountain air from multiple decks designed for gathering and relaxation. The upper porch features two classic rocking chairs and a gas grill for cookouts under the pines. Downstairs, the covered deck’s hot tub is pure bliss—especially after hiking, apple picking, or exploring downtown Ellijay.



As twilight falls, listen to the wind through the trees and the distant calls of wildlife echoing through the mountains. This is the kind of peace that stays with you long after your trip ends.







Other Amenities



Pinecone Perch includes Wi-Fi, washer/dryer, central heat and air, smart TVs, and keyless entry. All linens and towels are provided, and the home is professionally cleaned before each stay.



 



DOGS ONLY Guests are responsible for any damages that result from pets. No pets on furniture or in hot tub. Any delays in housekeeping because of pet hair on furniture, Guests agree to pay an additional housekeeping fee of a minimum of $25 with a maximum of $250.00 . Any pet hair found in hot tub or filter will result in a minimum charge of $100. This fee is non refundable.

All of our cabin rentals are fully furnished and include a minimum of the following, unless otherwise stated in the listing:







Fully equipped kitchen: Refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, coffee maker, dishes, glassware, utensils, cutlery, pots, and pans. Linens for each bed, 2 bath towels, 1 hand towel, and 1 washcloth per person listed on the guest list. Dresser or closet for clothing storage. Central heat & air, washer/dryer, vacuum and/or broom and dustpan, mop, internet, telephone for local calls, and propane gas grill. In addition, we provide complimentary start-up supplies of Toilet Tissue (1 roll per bathroom), 1 roll of paper towels, 4 kitchen garbage bags, dishwasher detergent, dishwashing liquid, and laundry detergent for at least 2 loads. Many of our cabins include more than this basic list of inventory items. The only items you'll need to bring will be food, beverages, and condiments.







Required Fees include $185 Cleaning Fee, $65 Damage Protection Waiver, a processing fee, a guest service fee, and a 15% lodging tax
