Conveniently located just outside East Ellijay, this three-bedroom home offers easy access to local farm shops, orchards, and wineries, plus shopping and dining in town. Outdoor recreation abounds with Carters Lake and the Coosawattee River offering nearby water access for fishing, boating, and rafting while a variety of scenic hikes showcase year-round Blue Ridge beauty.

After the day's adventures, relax at home on the covered patio or gather on the wraparound sofa in the living room for a family movie night on the smart TV. The wood-burning fireplace offers cozy ambiance and warmth for chilly weather. The kitchen boasts gorgeous counters and a full suite of stainless steel appliances, including a dishwasher, for handling home-cooking with ease. There's seating for two at the breakfast bar and an eat-in nook offers pub-height table seating for four. Full meals can be enjoyed at the adjacent dining table set for six. Home essentials include central air-conditioning, free WiFi, and a private washer and dryer.

Primary guests will enjoy a spacious suite with a separate sitting area, walk-in closet, private patio access, and a sparkling en suite complete with tub and standalone shower. A second full bathroom is shared between the two guest rooms.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
