The cabin is conveniently located 3 minutes from downtown Ellijay, GA, and 15 minutes from downtown Blue Ridge, GA. Easy to explore the surrounding areas.

GUEST PARKING 🚗
Free, outdoor parking is available in front of the home and down the driveway (3+ car capacity). There are 2 cones marking the property well, and the septic system. Make sure not to park cover, or run over those areas.

We generally provide hand-soap, a starter roll of septic-safe toilet paper, and roll of paper towels for the kitchen. Be prepared to bring shampoo, conditioner, and body wash.

The kitchen is equipped with all the necessary items to cook at home or set the table for take-out, and paper towels. Be prepared to bring your own zip-locks, condiments, and coffee.

NO-SMOKING POLICY 🚭
This property is strictly non-smoking. Smoking poses a fire hazard and may affect guests with smoke allergies. If smoking occurs inside the premises, a $100 extra cleaning fee will be charged. Thank you for respecting our policy and keeping the space safe and enjoyable for all guests.

NOTABLE 💡
This is a private cabin in the mountains of north Georgia. We hire professionals to regularly spray for pests to minimize bugs, but please keep in mind there might be the occasional bug as the cabin is in the woods.

Since the cabin is conveniently located next to Ellijay, there might be light road noise from time to time.

No refunds for weather, natural disasters, power outages, or other things that are beyond our control.

The TV is a ROKU TV so you can sign into any service or streaming app you would like, but there are no streaming services provided.

Absolutely no fires outside of the designated outdoor propane firepit! Unauthorized fires (including candles) will be charged $100 plus damages.

This cabin uses a septic system. Please do not flush anything besides septic-safe toilet paper down the toilet. Failure to adhere to this rule will incur a fee to drain and service the septic system.

The cabin has a good water heater but, during the winter months, the water temperature and pressure can vary due to the cabin receiving water from the community well.
