This property is located in the Coosawattee River Resort which means you are able to utilize the amenities of the resort including the Rec Center with indoor olympic size heated pool, exercise room, arcade room, tennis courts, basket ball courts, putt putt golf, picnic areas at various parks within the resort and the 3 outdoor swimming pools (during summer season) at no additional cost to you for authorized groups up to 8 people. Please note, it is out of control should one or any of these amenities not be available during your stay and there should be no expectation of any refunds should this occur. None of our properties are within walking distance to the resort and depending on location, could be a 2 minute to 15 minute drive.

Wow! What a great family gathering spot! Located in the Coosawattee River Resort and privately situated, this cabin has just about everything to ensure a great North Georgia mountain experience! If wildlife is something you enjoy, you certainly won't be disappointed at this cabin. White tail deer frequent the property daily and seem to know when to pose for pictures! There are covered decks and balconies complete with seating for your outdoor enjoyment. Enjoy the fire pit area for a beautiful evening campfire with the kids and of course, don't forget the marshmallows! Weather not great? No problem, play some pool or Foosball in the game room or enjoy a great soak in the hot tub after a day of hiking and exploring.

The fully equipped kitchen with new appliances is ready and waiting to prepare some great meals and the great room with beautiful gas fireplace is the perfect place to curl up with someone special and enjoy a great movie. The loft is a great place to escape with your favorite book and perhaps a cup of tea or a afternoon nap.

The beautiful king master ensuite is on the upper level with it's own private bath with walk in shower and tub. The main level offers a queen bedroom and the terrace level offers another bedroom with twin beds, another living area, game room, full bath and access to the hot tub.

All of our cabin rentals are fully furnished and include a minimum of the following unless otherwise stated in the listing:

Fully equipped kitchen: Refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, coffee maker, dishes, glassware, utensils, cutlery, pots, and pans.

Linens for each bed, 2-bath towels, 1-hand towel, 1-wash cloth per person listed on guest list, dresser or closet for clothing storage, central heat & air, washer/dryer, vacuum and/or broom and dust pan, mop, cable or satellite TV, internet, telephone for local calls.

In addition we provide a complimentary start-up supplies of: Toilet Tissue (2 rolls per bathroom), Paper Towels, (1 roll), Garbage Bags (2-3 bags) , Dishwasher Detergent (1-2 loads) Laundry Detergent (1 load), and Dish Washing Soap (mini bottle).

Many of our cabins include more than this basic list of inventory items.

The only items you'll need to bring will be food, beverages, and condiments.

DRIVING DIRECTIONS TO THE CABIN ARE E-MAILED TO YOU 7 DAYS PRIOR TO ARRIVAL IF YOUR RESERVATION HAS BEEN UPDATED WITH YOUR GUEST LIST AND DRIVER'S LICENSE.

Please respond no later than 7 days prior to check in. Additional fees may apply if you choose to send in later than the 7 days.
