There is plenty of room to relax with your family and friends-- 6 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms not to mention a finished basement with a game room perfect for entertaining kids. Extra features such as hot tub and wireless also available! Air conditioning for those hot muggy summer days. Only one mile from town! Runaway Springs has it all!

A great place to experience Elliocottvillle

Overall experience was great! Plenty of space to spread out and still close to all the action in Ellicottville. Kitchen was well appointed with plenty of dishes and silverware for a large group. All queen size were comfortable with plenty of blankets and pillows. The bunk room beds were a bit lumpy though. Bathrooms were all working and the linens were plentiful. Owners were great! Communication was quick and their check in process was easy. Checkout was just as easy with only a few simple steps to complete on your way out. Only negative feedback was the parking, walkway, and stairs down into the property were covered in ice when we arrived. Shovels were available and we were able to get the stairs cleaned off. I know it can be hard to keep that stuff clean during the winter, but it wasn’t the safest to traverse while carrying items to and from the car. Overall the stay was pleasant and comfortable. Would recommend this property and owners if you’re looking for a comfy spot while in town.

Family get together

The house was amazing and was spotless upon our arrival, plenty of bedrooms for everyone in our family, the kitchen table is perfect for playing cards and games, firepit for fires at night and the location is so close to the village. This was our second stay there and the host is friendly and accommodating!

Wonderful Escape

Our family has the most wonderful time. The house is gorgeous and felt made for us. Everyone could gather together for meals and games but also separate for alone time as needed. It made a special birthday celebration even more special to get to spend it in this beautiful home.

Awesome property

This was an annual ski long weekend for the family (4 couples and 2 children). The amount of bedrooms were wonderful for all of us. The boys loved the bunk beds. Actually would love to return in the summer/fall to enjoy the decks and outdoor fire pit. The hot tub was so relaxing!! Loved the spacious dining table to gather for a meal and to play games at night. Linda was very responsive from the start of booking and during our stay.

I booked this place for Fall Festival with friends and family. The place was beautiful, clean and fully stocked with everything we could need. Communication was easy as a phone call and we all loved the look and location of this amazing property.

Great house in a great location

Ideal Location for our family ski trip to Holimont. As are kids are all adults it was nice to find a house with queen beds in five bedrooms. The bunks in the other worked great for our three year old grandson. Location is very close to Holimont (you can see the house from Sunset) and was well stocked. Great “ski house” vibe with stone fireplace. Would definitely rent again.

Large Family Ski weekend with small children

Very well located and supplied for an extended family with young children. Good floor plan and pictures represented the property accurately. Owner was very helpful in providing tips on navigating our ski adventures with first time skiers in tow. Stay home cooking was a must and house was perfect for that effort.

We enjoyed this property. It very clean and close to the shops and restaurants. The hot tub was not clean when we arrived but the proper owner immediately sent someone out to clean and also sent a gift card which was appreciated.

Spacious Beautiful Property

The home was spacious for our large family stay. You have all the amenities you will need in the kitchen for cooking and more. All you need is your food. Plenty of bedrooms comfortably for our family of 12, to include 3 bunk beds. Also the hot tub & fire pit was very enjoyable.

Great house a mile or so away from town!

A bunch of my friends and I got together for a 15-year high school reunion. This house was perfect. We had a very large group and everyone had their own bed. Linda gave great instructions and we had zero trouble with anything. I would highly recommend for any size group looking to explore and have a great time in Ellicottville.

Bachelorette weekend

We stayed for the weekend for my daughters bachelorette party. The house is great! Plenty of space with all the bedrooms and the finished downstairs. We enjoyed the hot tub and making s’mores over the bonfire pit. The kitchen has all the necessities. Thank you so much!

Great location and home; bad hot tub

While the home itself was lovely and well located, the hot tub was absolutely filthy (scum, debris, stain rings, horrible smell) and not usable. Basic amenities (shampoo, body wash) were nonexistent although there was an abundance of towels which was appreciated. Overall the home was fine but if you’re expecting use of the hot tub, book elsewhere.

Runaway Springs was exactly as described. Very clean, it wax beautiful! Hosts are great at answering all questions within a short timeframe. Highly recommend a stay here.
