This spacious 3 bedroom and 3.5 bathroom residence offers enough sleeping arrangements for up to 12 guests to spread out comfortably over 2,850 square feet of well-appointed living space, making it a perfect accommodation choice for a large family, multiple families or a group of close friends searching for a rejuvenating escape to the mountains.

* Main floor master suite with a king bed, TV, gas fireplace and private en-suite bath with dual sinks and a large tile shower.
* Lower floor master suite with a king bed, TV and private bath with walk-in shower and dual sinks.
* Lower floor guest bedroom with a king bed and two sets of twin/twin bunk beds. This bedroom is supported by a guest bath with dual sinks and a shower/tub combo.
* Lower floor bonus room has a queen sleeper sofa, TV and gas fireplace.
* The main floor is equipped with a half bath.

**The owners of Bootjack Inn have a dog that visits the cabin infrequently. Although the cabin is not pet friendly otherwise, be advised that individuals with pet allergies may be affected.
**Age Limit to book this home is 28. The primary guest will be required to sign a rental agreement after the reservation is accepted.
**Please note, we are unable to offer access to the Suncadia Swim and Fitness Center or the Nelson Farm Pool due to resort regulations that are out of our control. You will not be charged a nightly resort fee when renting this vacation home. Maximum of 3 to 4 cars in the driveway. Suncadia prohibits street parking.**

Christmas Wonderland!

Spent 4 wonderful days at Bootjack with family late Dec 2024...can't sing enough praises!....house was more beautiful than in pics! welcome us with an 8 ft. tall, fully decorated, fully lit Christmas tree which providing a lovely and beautiful surprise upon our arrival. Location on golf course was private yet convenient providing a beautiful winter backdrop after receiving heavy snow the day of check-in allowing us to partake in building snowmen and making snow angels right outside our back door! The clean and spacious hot tub was ready for immediate use. The fireplaces throughout the house were easy to utilize (simple on/off switches) as were all the amenities and appliances. Everything was in great working order. Snowy evenings were enjoyed by the family as we prepared meals in the wonderful kitchen, watched Christmas shows on bigTV cuddled up underneath warm and cozy blankets in den, and played many of the family games provided well into the night. We even held our own family Ping Pong tournament in the garage rec room. The house while very spacious, always felt cozy and inviting. We were so impressed with everything we hope to return with more family and friends. Having visited several properties throughout Suncadia, we all agreed that while they were all lovely, Bootjack is now this family's favorite....our home away from home! The only critiique would be that we couldn't figure out how to operate the TV above the bar in the garage rec room...

Holiday getaway

We had a wonderful trip. The house was perfect. Seeing a decorated Christmas tree pulling into the driveway was a very fun surprise. Very comfortable beds and the kitchen was fully stocked with anything you might need. We will be back.

Family Funcadia

Perfect house for a two family get away! The two master suites were great for both sets of parents and the kids were able to have their own space with the bunk beds. We enjoyed the hot tub and fire pit every night. Location was walking distance from Swiftwater for dinner. We saw deer every day on the golf course. Would love to come back and stay in the winter time.

Beautiful well kept home on the golf course.

Absolutely beautifully decorated home on the golf course with the most amazing sounding fir trees off the deck. Clean, well taken care of with everything we needed except a few kitchen staples like more tupperware/saran wrap for left overs. With the inability to use the garage at this home (due to game tables set up in the garage), we feel we should have been informed about how steep the driveway is. We had three cars and the women were not comfortable backing out of this steep space. The living space upstairs was tight for our group so we will need to stay somewhere else with the whole family, but for my husband and I we would rent again. Our experience with the rental firm was the best we have every had hands down. Thank you!

Perfect weekend getaway!

We came here to celebrate my wife’s birthday with a few friends and had the best time! Only about an hour and a half from Seattle but felt like we were as disconnected as we wanted to be. The house is fantastic! So clean, everything you need in the kitchen, huge rooms, and relaxing outdoor spaces. The access to Suncadia is a great bonus but honestly we had a hard time leaving.

Bootjack Gem!

What a home! Spent a weekend in December for a little Christmas get away with some very good friends. When we arrived they had a beautiful Christmas tree all set up and decorated it was such a nice touch! Everything in the house was perfect. I feel like I walked into a brand new home with brand new furniture and touches. The beds are so comfortable with the coziest bedding. The kitchen had everything you could need. Beautiful landscaping, hot tub and an outdoor fire pit. I thought the pics were nice on VRBO, in person is 10x better! I will book again!

lovely time

We had a lovely time - great location and well equipped with cookware, linens and cleaning products. Read the binder for clear directions on how to use all the extras. Careful on the interior stairs they are slippery. It felt very private even with neighbors. The Driveway is steep. I recommend you back into it if you have aback-up camera on your vehicle. Much easier to get out onto the street this way. We loved the fireplaces and enjoyed our time very much.

Wonderful property, excellent location, amazing hosts

Our stay was excellent. This home has everything you could want from a winter trip to Suncadia. Location, view, hot tub, fire pit, games, spacious and cozy interiors, easy access to hiking/snowshoeing/skiing, and more. All Seasons Vacation Rentals is an excellent host, accommodating and communicative. We will be back!
