WELCOME TO OWEN'S OUTPOST
Beautifully appointed and cozy cabin in desirable Evergreen Valley! This wonderfully furnished cabin is just a short 1/4 mile hike to Suncadia Resort’s open space that runs along the Cle Elum River corridor. You’ll enjoy nature walks just out the front door to the river and Suncadia’s hiking and biking trails! The cabin also features access to the Roslyn Ridge Summer Pool Facility which is just a ½ mile drive away. Don’t miss out on a day in the water and sand at Speelyi Beach on Lake Cle Elum, just a mile and a half from the cabin. Owen's Outpost sleeps 9 comfortably and is equipped with free WiFi Internet!

ENTERTAINMENT
The Great Room is a fantastic place to sit back and relax while enjoying your favorite movie or show. The room is accented by a river rock gas fireplace, soaring ceilings, and a hand crafted pine staircase. The large fire pit is just off the great room and offers fantastic wildlife viewing. You’ll often see Deer, Elk, and Wild Turkeys! The patio features comfortable outdoor furniture and a gas BBQ.

Just a short 1.5 mile drive and you’ll be at the shores of Lake Cle Elum on Speelyi Beach! The lake offers all types of summer time activities, including swimming, boating, water-skiing, jet-skiing, and paddle boarding.

This cabin also comes with access to the Roslyn Ridge Activity Center a private facility! This new facility just a 1/2 mile from the cabin boasts a large outdoor Pool, Hot Tub, Tennis Court, Basketball Court, Sand Volleyball, Shower/Locker Room Facilities, and more!! (This home does not have a private Hot Tub at the cabin)

Entrance to the Roslyn Ridge Activity Center is $10 person per day. The entrance fee is charged at the door (cash/check only). The Roslyn Ridge Activity Center is open between Memorial Day Weekend and Labor Day Weekend weather permitting!

Winter is also a great time to visit and enjoy the snow! Cross country ski, or ride snowmobiles directly from the cabin to over 100 miles of scenic, back-country trails!

KITCHEN
The large, fully stocked kitchen comes supplied with all the utensils, pots, and pans to make fabulous in home meals. The dining table has seating for 4 with additional seating for 4 at the large kitchen bar.

BEDROOMS
* Main floor master suite has a king bed with a private bath.
* Main floor guest bedroom has a king ed and is supported by a guest bath in the hallway.
*The large loft supports a full over full bunk bed with a pull-out twin trundle and a private 1/2 bath.

LOCAL ACTIVITIES
* Swimming, Tennis, Basketball, and Volleyball at the Roslyn Ridge Activity Center
* Boating, Swimming, and Jet Skiing on Lake Cle Elum

We loved how family friendly this home was! There were lots of DVDs for the family to watch with several children's titles. There were many board games and a fun foosball table was in the loft. My kids loved the swing in the backyard and enjoyed playing in the snow in the big yard surrounding the home. The beds were comfortable and the furniture was nice. I am allergic to dogs and cats and although this is a home that allows for pets to stay, the house was very clean, which I really appreciated. We would definitely stay here again.

This was a perfect spot for a visit with my daughter and grandchildren. Wish it were longer visit. I’d would have appreciated knowing in advance the spotty cell coverage (phone available for local calls), the distance to the pool (driving three minutes) and the daily price for pool use. Still a great place for our purposes.

The home was exactly as described and clean. Well stocked and a perfect location for local hikes and golf. The neighborhood was quiet and it was nice to listen to the birds and bugling elk in the morning while enjoying coffee in the yard. The owner was very responsive and friendly. We enjoyed our stay and will definitely be back. Highly recommended!

When we arrived the house was ready for us. Easy entry. The heat, lights, and soft music created a very welcoming atmosphere. The house had thorough instructions and was well organized. Clean and well-cared for. The layout of the house was perfect for two couples and our dogs. We enjoyed preparing our meals in the kitchen which was open to the dining area and living room. The neighborhood was nice for walking our dogs. It was a great place to rendezvous with friends who live on the other side of the state from us. We look forward to staying at this house again.

We absolutely loved this charming and spacious cabin! It is located in a child friendly neighborhood and our kids had a blast on their bikes and scooters. The rec center pool was excellent for hot days when we wanted a change of pace from cle elum lake. We would absolutely come back again!

Location was great. Kitchen is really well set up. Beds are super comfortable. This is a ‘pet friendly’ property…but we weren’t expecting to smell urine so strongly. It hits you when you walk in. We left windows open most of the stay. In addition, they specifically tell you NOT to take off duvet covers and shams…I guess it just grossed me out a bit and would have thought there’d be more consistent laundering of linens especially these days. Outside area and firepower are really well set up. Unfortunately there wasn’t enough firewood to do a fire the second evening. There are signs and notices of extra fees everywhere…it’s a little excessive. Property has potential to be PERFECT…but I think the property management company might want to revisit a few policies.

The property and house were great! The locks/key need some work but the family atmosphere was wonderful. The pool regulations should be posted better but I think that’s more on the pool management side. All in all we would rent again. As far as all seasons I would definitely use them again.

We had a great stay at this home. The property manager is very responsive and communication was excellent. The location is an easy drive to the Resort, downtown Ronald, Roslyn and Cle Elum. The house had everything we needed and the beds were comfortable. Lots of board games, some great outdoor areas. Highly recommend this for families.
