"Our whole family - including our pups really enjoyed our brief stay at this lovely home. The backyard is a woodland oasis - patio, fire pit, tree swing, s’mores kit, hot tub! What more do you need?! The bedrooms were so cozy and decorated beautifully. And the larder at in kitchen for us all for meals. Our host was extremely communicative and accommodating. If our son didn’t just graduate from JMU, this is where we’d stay when visiting Harrisonburg."

"General cleanliness. Ceiling tiles need to be replaced. Multiple spiders/bugs throughout. There was also a mug growing mold that was left by the kitchen sink. We ended up not staying over night. We just used the space to get a ready for the wedding we were attending in the area. "

"The house overall was good. The upkeep could have been a lot better. There are a few boards on the floor that are coming up. There is a brick that is loose in the family room. In the hallway bathroom, the rack on the wall is broken(a screw is missing) It did feel like the house(inside and outside) was not professionally cleaned in awhile. We came across a few spider webs and spiders in a few corners of the house. We couldn't really enjoy the outside scenery because there were spider webs...

"Lovely property with quiet, wraparound deck from which to enjoy the wildlife. Lots of birds, deer, and bunny rabbits as well as the cows that came to the fence in the afternoons. We enjoyed the fire pit and JJ filled up the wood pile for us more than we expected! We were looking forward to enjoying the very clean hot tub, but the weather did not cooperate - next time! We were close enough to Shenandoah to hike several days and we explored Luray Caverns one day, so the location is ideal. The...
