"My family and I enjoyed our stay very much! The view from the balcony is awesome! The resort itself is so close to everything we just walked. This ski trip we didn’t ski or snow tube on beech mountain but did drive to Hawksnest for snow tubing; which was only about a 45 min drive. The host communicated the entire trip and ready if there were any questions or concerns. My family and I would and will definitely stay again!! "

"The property was updated, decorated nicely, very clean, well stocked. Worked out well for our weekend stay and visit to Grandfather Mountain and surrounding towns. The hostess was very responsive and communicated right away. The children loved seeing the many deer roaming the property. Lovely time of the year and the tree colors were beautiful. "

"Last minute booking for July 4th weekend. Booked through Vrbo. Reasonable price. Great location. Very compact chalet, but efficient layout. Very clean. Didn’t care for the bed “cubicle.” Difficult for person sleeping on the inside (wall) to get out once you’re in bed. Also, rather thin walls. Could hear the people snoring in the next unit, and people walking in unit above. Got to enjoy fireworks shows over both Sugar Mountain and Beech Mountain just down the hill. Would gladly stay again.
