My room was never cleaned. Asked for clean towels and new sheets and housekeeping told me to go down to the front desk. Front desk and management were no help to the matter either as they told me that I would receive what I needed, but nothing was delivered to my room.

There were some employees who were nice and friendlier. You may need to train the shuttle drivers, they were not friendly enough. We would definitely come back to this hotel. Staff very accommodating/friendly. Perfect location to see harbor and sites.
