"Days before I arrived, the host emailed me and asked if I minded switching rooms because current occupants wanted to extend their stay. I said okay. When I arrived, nothing was ready and I tried to communicate to the onsite staff that I was supposed to be in the upstairs unit. After waiting an hour I was led to a room that was not clean. "Todo estuvo perfecto, solo pienso que si deben controlar un poco las personas que se hospedan en las cabañas, ejemplo: todas las cabañas que estábamos eramos familias con niños solo una donde todos eran jóvenes, esa cabaña tenia música y bulla hasta altas horas de la noche y aunque varios de las otras cabañas fuimos a decirles nunca pararon y no había nadie en recepción para que hiciera algo."

This is where our kids were going to sleep and that fact made it impossible so they were stuck on the pull-out coach (4th bedroom).
