Calming Retreat

Enjoy the comforts of our spacious 3 bed 3 bath 1600 sq ft home. With each bedroom situated on it's own wing of the house, this open layout allows up to 8 guests* the luxuries of comfort, space and privacy reminiscent of "home." Our Master suite houses a king size bed, walk in closet, 6 drawer dresser, sitting area, dual sink master bath with sunken 6.5 ft wide floor to ceiling tiled luxury shower. The junior suite houses a queen size bed, comfortably sleeping up to 2 adults. We call this a junior suite as this room offers it's own full bath with a walk in shower, entertainment area and is adjacent to the back house entry door. The third bedroom houses a queen size trundle bed comfortably sleeping up to 3 guests (trundle pull out is a twin size). The third bathroom conveniently sits adjacent to the 3rd bedroom and offers a standard size tub/shower. The dining, entertainment, kitchen area are combined into a large open inclusive space. Choose to sit at the counter for a quick bite or bar height table for your meals. A bar height highchair can be found in the front closet for your little to join you at the table or to use at your convenience. The highchair can be converted to a small table and chair instead of full highchair, we have found this to be a great activity table for a toddler. Our home offers a whole house water softening and filtration system that your hair, skin and tastebuds will assuredly enjoy. A reverse osmosis water spout can be found at the kitchen sink for convenient glass filling. Additionally, our home features a tankless water heater ensuring hot water on demand and never having to worry about running out. Smart TVs in the master suite and Entertainment room allow for guests to sign into private accounts for Netflix, Hulu, Amazon Prime, and others of the like. The Junior Suite houses a Playstation 4 and a few games along with the ability to sign into entertainment apps mentioned prior. A stocked and locked bar fridge is available for guests for an additional fee. This fridge cannot be accessed without gaining access to the key which is locked in the security safe, guests will need to request access and provide proof of age before key access is granted. High Speed Wi-fi with wi-fi boosters in multiple points of the home ensure multiple streaming, web surfing, game playing can all happen at the same time from any spot in the home. Enjoy the outdoor living space when weather allows while children or pets play in the yard. Guests are responsible for ensuring outdoor furniture covers are removed/replaced should outdoor space be utilized.
Guests will not be allowed access to the garage. However, guests may park in the gated driveway (located at the rear of the home), 1 alley parking directly behind privacy wall near driveway, or 2 street parking spaces directly in front of the home.
Guests have access to an XL washer and dryer, we kindly ask that our guests do not wash any large items that may cause damage or an imbalance to the machines. This includes but is not limited to: bed comforters larger than a twin, military boots/pro gear, rugs, heavy winter coats and clothing loads in excess of capacity guidelines. Guests will be financially responsible for any damages and/or repairs caused due to violating this policy.

** Dog Policies**
We happily welcome responsible dog families into our home. We DO NOT allow cats or any other animals. We do not have a weight limit on dogs, however we do not allow more than 2 dogs be in our home. Dog guests must already be existing family members and may not be acquired while guests of our home. Guests will need to provide proof of current vaccinations and pet information including breed on all dogs prior to check-in. We DO NOT breed restrict, we need this information on record in case of any issues that may arise while you are a guest in our home. A small dog run along the side of the house attaches to the backyard and provides a space for your dogs to shelter without access to the backyard if necessary. El Paso City animal laws require that any pets left outdoors for more than an hour must have shelter, food and water. We have provided dog shelters in both the dog run and backyard as well as two bowls for outdoor use only. It is the guests responsibility to ensure city laws are followed regarding food and water. The artificial turf in the backyard makes it incredibly easy to take care of pet waste. We kindly ask that dog owners spray down the artificial turf prior to check-out & that dogs not be allowed on any furniture in the home. Should it be found that guests have not honored these house rules a fee will be charged for pet feces removal and cleaning of turf, professional cleaning of furniture, and/or any other expenses required to return items to original condition.
