"Very very loud noise with multiple parties around, and the hotel staff was useless. First they told us that they can't call the police. Then they told us that we could call the police, but then they said, "There is no point in calling the police because they will then call the security of Montaza, and they won't do anything about it."
Useless, sleepless night. Never again."
