"The house is as billed; it's a great house, particularly for a group. But we had many maintenance issues: we had no hot water and the water heater had to be replaced: the electricity to the washer/dryer didn't work and was replaced with an extention cord. The front door literally "fell off". the hinges. A cabinet door was about to fall off. The manager was prompt and apologetic, but we had too many problems to give a top rating. The area is great. The floor plan is great. But maintenance dollars...

"We enjoyed our stay. We liked the cleanliness and decor of the property. The community pools and beach was breath taking. Our only observation was not being able to use the stove as the natural gas line was turned off. We enjoy cooking."
